A nice as flavoursome way of keeping hydrated in the warm weather without caffeine or other diuretics. Lasts a long while. Can even make a hot drink but it effervesces a lot. No digestive problems.

I have a mixture of isues that meant that I drank a lot each day, but I was always deyhydrated and thirsty. I've tried a few rehydration drinks now and these are my favourite. They taste nice, are easily portable, don't require a lot of liquid (200ml only), and they contain sugar which is particularly useful first thing. Along with another sugar-free brand, these are doing me a lot of good. I haven't experienced any side effects from ORS, when other brands have made me feel unwell. I'd guess we all dehydrate slightly differently.

Really don't taste to good!

Great for rehydration, especially in the summer or after a heavy night. I find the flavour quite pleasant.

Amazing tablets, they work like magic. Used in fasting, made a lot of difference in energy levels. No headaches at all. Highly recommend.

These are nice and I think rehydrate you, but we are on our second pack and they all take forever dissolve which is annoying. You have to start crushing them with spoons etc or you would have to go back to it the next day to drink it. So as long as you don’t mind spending 5 mins crushing it, they taste nice and I think they help wiry rehydration as well haven’t really had the hangovers.

These little tablets are an incredible addition to your daily wellness, I don't think many people realise how important it is to keep your electrolytes topped up, you'll notice a difference in your energy levels and sleep if you integrate these into your diet. Expensive but worth it.

Was soll das? Kommt aus England, okay, dann sollte aber gesagt werden das nochmal 8 Euro Zoll anfallen. Schlecht!!! Produkt an sich in Ordnung.

I really enjoy artificial black current flavoring so these are very good in my opinion. Little expensive but if for whatever reason you are forgetting to or unable to drink water continually throughout your day these might be good to keep yourself hydrated. Has that kind of sweet salty taste that some energy drinks have not in a bad way. I really enjoy these end frankly have been tempted to try eating a tablet dry once or twice. I've admittedly licked a couple and it makes your mouth water.
