Arts and Culture: An Introduction to the Humanities, Combined Volume

I had to rent this book for a class. The material is fantastic but the condition of the book was horrible. Upon opening the box it came in I noticed that it looked very used. As I started my assignments for the Arts and Culture class I am taking, I noticed that the pages were falling out. The more I turned the pages, the more the pages started releasing from the binding. It is apparent that this particular copy has been used a lot.

I had to purchase this book for a class but it is an excellent buy. Not too large and a good resource that I will keep. The only thing I would suggest is a hard cover.

This review is only based on the content of the book. This book goes in depth with the culture and art of numerous civilizations throughout time. It is a very good read if you are interested in the subject. There is a lot of interesting information in this book that gives you a new perspective on humanity throughout time.

It was so easy to rent, and saved me a lot of money. Would defiantly use again if I need to. Easy to extend the time of use and return was easy. I suggest you save the box to return it in or use a bubble bag.

This is for a college class, but I find it very informative and it has plenty of graphics. Great for the visual learner.

Book came falling apart. I'm basically reading a loose leaf book. I mean I get that these are rentals but I at least expected to get a book that was in decent shape.

The book had one or two pages that weren’t in order anymore because the pages were falling out. However, all the pages were there so you can still use it.

I am going to the University of Phoenix and this costs a whole lot more if I buy it from the library at school. I bought it brand new and it got here in a good time.
