This product is absolutely incredible!!! I get a lot of greasy congestion around my chin, jaw, and nose. This has been so effective at getting rid of all the gross gunk there! It's so satisfying seeing it all come out (but gross). I've only been using it a week, but my skin looks glassy and more even now. It's also really cleared up the blemishes I would constantly get around my chin and nasolabial folds. I can;t believe how effective it is at such a low price. I'd had my eye on the much pricier dermaflash and so glad I purchased this one instead!!!

Update: The company was concerned that I wrote a review and wasn’t satisfied. So they independently sent me a refund and a nice note. So even though I was unhappy with the product, I do give the company 5 stars! If I could give this no stars, I would. This little buzzy thing did absolutely nothing. Why are there so many positive reviews? You’re just scraping your face with a piece of metal. I could do that with a butter knife. There is no lifting, no extraction, you’re literally just scraping dead skin off your face.

I was a little skeptical about the quality of this product considering it is a very affordable price comparative to other skincare tools and devices. The device comes with two silicon covers and a charging cable. It recommends you to charge it for 5 hours before using it first, so don't expect to use it straight from the box. It charged easily, and it comes with directions that breakdown the instructions very well plus include pictures for demonstration. It was very easy to use, and required little learning effort. The end of the tool is very blunt, it doesn't feel sharp at all, or like it could harm you. The device itself feels a little cheap, and it worries me for the future longevity of it. But usingit on my skin, it worked amazingly. It cleared out a bunch of sebum that I have had stuck in my pores forever. It didn't leave red marks or bumps from where it had extracted dirt, which is something I typically experience when using pimple extractors. Overall, at this price point I'm very impressed with the product.

Customer service is great and they refunded promptly as This has never worked and I had it in the box before opening it too long to return it. I charged it for days, read the instructions, it won't come on. The company immediately refunded so they did right on that
