Good for anxiety, calming, lovely sensory experience
My doctor recommended Ashwagandha root for anxiety. It was the first time I've ever heard a doctor seriously reccomend something that is considered adaptogenic or homeopathic, so I was interested enough to try it out. I'm very grateful I did, on top of the interesting flavor profile of this tea/latte, this really does calm you. It's a full sensory experience. I will start off by saying I love food and drinks. I'm a huge coffee/tea consumer. So when I taste something, I really try to immerse myself in the flavors. I love exotic spices, eastern food, and spicy things in general. This tea isn't for people who think oregano is spicy. However if you have the taste for it, the ginger, turmeric, allspice, cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper make for a potent elixir on it's own. It opens up your breathing, clears the sinuses, gets your circulation going, and gives that inner warmth and vigor associated with strong herbs and roots. On top of that, I will say ashwagandha has an effect similar to CBD, however not as immediately noticeable. It's more of a lingering effect over time if you're drinking it daily.I don't have a gastrointestinal problem but I do notice that my digestion has improved.

Great taste, small package for the price, but I believe the QUALITY is there...Worth the try.
This tastes REALLY good with milk or in coffee. The ONLY draw back for me is the packaging/look online (hence 4 instead of 5 stars). It looks much larger online than it is in person. For $25, I expected more/a larger package. But I would say the "quality" is definitely there, so I will possibly purchase again.

Best anti-inflammatory plus mood uplifting benefits
I have tried so many turmeric vitamins and powders for arthritis. This superfood blend has multiple herbs which has helped my anxiety in these terribly difficult times, along with ginger for the stomach and cinnamon to decrease blood sugars. I have only been taking this a week. I have hip pain because I’m waiting for a hip replacement. Today I walked a short distance without limping for first time in months. In addition I require back surgery. (Bad arthritis genes.). This pain is improving slower but I have more hope. I am excited about this product. One warning. This product tastes foul. I recommend using a packet of hot chocolate mix to help the taste or defining in a smoothie. It helps a lot! Good luck. Hope this review is helpful.

My substitute for coffee
I have stomach issues, and to get my coffee fix I used to drink Kava Low Acid Instant Coffee. I did this for over 20 years, but because 2020 is just the suckiest year ever, of course the company stopped making it.What to drink now?I tried all kinds of things, and then stumbled on this in my local CVS. Not a coffee drink, not a tea... but it looked interesting so I tried it.I love it!No heartburn, smooth flavor... it's my go-to drink now. So happy that Amazon carries it in stock!I use unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk and add my own zero calorie sweetener. It's lovely. My new favorite. It's like a dream come true for me.I hope this company doesn't stop making it!

Love this product!
I've been adding the Goldyn Mylk or one of its sisters to my smoothies every morning for at least 3 years. I love the spices in the Goldyn Mylk along with the healthy turmeric. It's a great way to start my day and a comfort to wind the day down with a warm Goldyn Mylk especially when its cold outside. It's absolutely delicious and I feel the benefits. There are 3 other products they make as well. They are all delicious and fun to choose from in my cabinet; I select one to fit how I'm feeling. They're also fun to share with others and see their reactions after drinking it -- all good. I love these products and highly recommend them. They also make a great gift.Customer service goes out of their way to make sure you have the product(s) you want.

Goldyn Glop
This product doesn't mix well at all. I first tried stirring it into hot Almond milk (heated in the microwave) and never got it to mix fully. There was a lot of drinking weird, grainy-textured chunks throughout my experience. On my second attempt, I heated the milk on the stovetop and added the mix in while stirring. It looked like it all mixed well so I was excited!!! In the first sip, grainy texture again except this time it was constant plus a ridiculously hard, gooey film formed over the milk that when swallowed was like swallowing a tablespoon of salt. At the end of my cup sat most of the mixture, too unbearably thick, grainy, and gross to drink, wasting most of the product.I'm disappointed and have no option to return.

Energy, and No Brain Fog
I originally was upset by the size for the price but I think knowing that it actually works amazing makes it so much more worth it! Second day of it and I can’t even begin to tell you how successful work was today for me. I felt like someone jumpstarted my brain, literally. I do a lot of data entry so I want to see what the processed document number looks like tomorrow. Didn’t much like the peppery taste in the hot milk, and I am only on day Two to really see results I will have to comment back in about a couple weeks and I’m sure with a smoothie will be great.

I love this stuff!
I recently had a taste of Goldyn Milk at an event. I'd heard of tumeric lattes before but never tried one. It was SO delicious and as I learned about the health benefits, I was interested to have it at home. I especially like this particular brand because it seems to be optimized for the health benefits of tumeric (it has black pepper and is organic, etc). But equally important, I love the taste. It has that peppery gingery kick that is super tasty and I love. Its not too sweet, and I don't add any honey but you easily could to get the sweetness level you need. I had my first cup after a stressful day and then immediately had to deal with my cranky kids at bedtime. I realized afterward that when I normally would have been on edge after bedtime routines, I felt calmer than usual. Maybe it's the tumeric? I don't know but even if not, I'm still going to keep drinking it anyway.
