So much flavor and heat!
I do not make sausage with this hot Italian Sausage seasoning, rather I make pizza sauce and Bolognese with it. After trying a plethora of “hot Italian sausage seasonings, THIS IS THE ONE! It’s by far the most flavorful spice blend, loaded with bright fennel, sweet basil, and the perfect heat from the chilies. This is a quality product, be confident when you try it!

Great flavor
We have been using this for years. It is the BEST sausage flavoring. I would never use anything else and the combination of spices and heat is perfect!

Fantastic authentic taste,but salty
They need to cut back with the salt and heat. Love the flavor but the more you add to increase that taste , the saltier and hotter it gets. Shame really , tried the mild but that is even saltier . But it’s the best so far. Will try one more brand and see if it’s better.

Very Good Sausage
I used this with my venison. It is very good. Makes great Italian sausage. Its got a little kick. Most people would say its hot enough. I actually mix a little at a time. 9.08 grams per pound. I added a little fennel, just because, but didnt have to. I wil buy this again! Very Good!

Spicy sausage
My first attempt at making my own Italian sausage. This mix was perfect for what I needed. I did add a little more mix to my ground pork than was recommended, but it turned out hot and delicious. Everyone loved it.

My new favorite
I just made 6 lbs with just ground pork and it is delicious. I followed one reviewer advice and used 1.5 tbs per pound. I bought extra chili flakes and fennel seeds but didn’t use them. There is a lot already in the mix. I cooked just a few little pieces to try and it’s way better than store bought. Will try it with pasta this week. Try the sausage season number 10 too. It’s very good as well.
