Very very comfortable insoles.. i wear a lot of juttis and flats and my feet hurt after some hours but these insoles are really good. Although you might have trouble to use it if your shoe is really tight fit. Otherwise it is very comfy.

This is my 1st purchase from frido. And I just love these because it made my flat boot's hard sole so comfortable. t's thickness is fine for adjusting with the shoes. It protected my heel and easy to use. My shoe was really fit so yeah adhesive was fine. It's silicon so itself it do not shift that much.

Even after splurging on high-end footwear, there was a miss in the cushioning of the heel. Over a few weeks it started to hurt. These pads helped provide the needed cushioning and support, reducing the pressure on my heels. I can now wear my shoes comfortably. In order to properly experience the comfort and the solution that this heel pads are giving, it should come with a stickon ( especially for ballerina shoes). The pads after walking few distance, it turns sideways which becomes irritating only because you have to adjust every now and then. I will talk about how it works with shoes, but definitely not ballerina shoes. Absolutely not value for money ( just for ballerinas)
