It doesn't attach to a car seat. It is intended to be played with on the floor or other flat surface.

Q: Is it possible to install in the stroller?

No it does not have a way to install it to a stroller.

Q: Has anyone use it in the car while child was in car seat? Looking for something to mimic the car so my son can "drive" like us.
