Jupiter USB CD Player for Car Auto Portable, DVD for PC, Support AUX

This is a Boomer who purchased this player for a 2021 Blazer. Installation was a breeze - just plug it in. It works beautifully and I love it! It rests in my glove box during use.. Performance of the player is great: No skipping, clear sound, and smooth operation. Any potential add-ons included with the purchase, though not necessary for my use. Better yet is the customer support. On 2 occasions I have requested input on a couple of questions and received an immediate response. Wonderful support. Always willing to help, doing so immediately and in a friendly, easy to understand way.

Awesome customer service. Great communication to resolve my issue. Bought the Posspo Juipter CD player for my 2023 Dodge Ram Lairme. My 1st unit played great and sounded amazing. The built in EQ in the unit definitely adds more power to my stero system. Very easy to connect and use. I had an issue come up with the unit, it stopped working and constantly ejecting the disc. It wouldn't load/read the disc anymore. I contacted customer service and they went above and beyond my expectations. It was still under warranty and they replaced it no problem and even offered a refund if I didn't want another unit. I really like the unit, so I opted to get a replacement. They even extended my warranty period and sent a blue tooth module for an alternate connection instead of using the FM module. With Bluetooth, you can change the next song with the controls on the steering wheel. You just dont get the built in EQ affect this way. I love the EQ affect and used the FM module as I originally did. Stuff happens and the unit failed. OK maybe a bad unit. No worries , Posspo customer service support took care of my issue and replaced it. They paid for shipping for the new one as well. They just wanted a happy customer. I'm very pleased with their great communication and customer service support. It's just a shame that new vehicles dont come with CD players anymore. This unit definitely solved that issue and is super easy to connect. I definitely recommend giving this unit a try. Customer service support is there if you need it and they take care of your issues. I’m very happy with the POSSPO Jupiter CD Player and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to keep enjoying CDs in a newer vehicle. Since new cars no longer come with factory-installed CD players, I wanted an easy, affordable way to play my CDs through the factory entertainment system in my 2026 Hyundai Palisade without sacrificing sound quality. This player has been a great solution. Setup was quick and seamless thanks to the included USB-A to USB-C adapter, and the connection cord is long enough to place the CD player anywhere in the front seating area. Once a CD is inserted, it plays through the USB Music option using the Media Selector, and I can control playback using either the steering wheel media buttons or the touchscreen controls on the console. The sound quality is every bit as good as the other media options in my Palisade, which was very important to me. My only minor complaint is that the screen displays track numbers but not artist names or song titles. Even so, that is a small tradeoff for an inexpensive option that works so well. Overall, the POSSPO Jupiter CD Player is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a simple, effective way to enjoy CDs in a modern vehicle.

I bought this as a gift for my wife’s birthday for her new 2024 Jeep Wrangler. She has a massive book of CD’s she could no longer play when she changed vehicles, and this unit seemed to meet the need. I chose it out of all the others due to the reviews on the customer support, hoping I wouldn’t need it. I consider myself pretty handy with digital equipment and terminology. When the unit arrived, it came with everything one could need to make it work in almost any situation. Even the little decoder for cars that only have the 3.5mm jack. Plugging it in got it noticed by the Jeep’s system under USB. However….it would only play one or two random tracks and then get stuck on those tracks. Ejecting a CD and putting in a new one repeated the situation. Same two tracks. I looked through all the paperwork that came with the unit and none of it addressed this particular situation. I decided to use the decoder and the 3.5mm jack. This made the CD play all the tracks from the decoder but the sound was muddy and lost it’s clarity. Of course because it was going through the decoder on a far inferior connection. So I did what most people in the reviews have said. I contacted their customer support. They were exceptionally prompt and traded emails with me until the problem was resolved. On some of these newer vehicles, once you have the player hooked up to the USB, there will be a BROWSE tab on your menu screen more than likely. Give the player a few seconds to build the music library for playback and then select the browse tab. At that point you will see ALL the tracks the CD has on it. You can then start from track 1. The customer support was fantastic. I give it all 5-stars for an as-advertised functioning product, backed by superior support. If I had to mention any cons, one of them would be that the CD will randomly start playing whatever track is first read as available. Not the first track. This won’t be resolved until the above mentioned steps are taken. It’s partially the function of the device when it’s building a song list. That few moments is a minor annoyance but it’s better than having NO Cd’s playing in the vehicle. The other con would be lack of meta-data. You don’t know what songs are playing except “Track 1, Track 2” etc. Posspo says this is a function of the vehicle manufacturer to be able to recognize this data. And from the rest of these reviews, it seems to be a common thread that it is a non-function. All in all, this is an exceptional alternative to no CD’s at all. You can’t go wrong here going with Posspo.

When I bought a new Toyota, I was upset that very few new vehicles come with CD players. I have an enormous collection of music, most of which is on CD and much of it is not available on streaming services. I hooked up the Posspo unit and it was easy to install and began working immediately. After a few days, CDs were occasionally skipping. This problem got progressively worse during the next couple of months. Also, CDs started to eject while playing for no reason at all. This made the unit unusable, so I contacted the company. After a few email exchanges asking me to try out a few things such as hooking up the Posspo to a laptop, I got another email stating that they were sorry for the inconvenience, and were sending me a replacement. 2 days later, it arrived. I started using it and the replacement is rock solid. No problems at all. It has now been 3 weeks and none of the problems from the original unit have occurred. The Posspo sounds great in the car and is easy to operate from the car's touch screen. I am happy that the company stood by their product. The only thing that I don't like is that there is a brief pause between tracks which is annoying if one track comes directly off of the previous one. This appears to be an issue with all new portable CD players that connect via USB or Blu Tooth.

This Posspo Jupiter CD player worked perfectly in my 2026 Acura MDX base model. I just hooked it up to the USB connector port inside the console (left one) using the 90 degree adapter plug and used the "USB Audio" function on the infotainment screen and it automatically connected and played perfectly. Super easy to do. I was able to control all CD functions through the infotainment screen, the knob/button on the console and even the steering wheel controls. The sound quality was awesome, too, I could hear each song more clearly than before. Part of that was the awesome sound system in the new MDX but the player was also very clear. No skipping and no problems. The only thing I wished was better was that the title of the CD and the title of each song does not pop up on the display. It just says Track 1, Track 2, etc. The entire unit also fit inside the console, which was nice. Comes with a small remote, too, which I did not need. Posspo customer support was also very responsive. It just takes them a day to respond.

Excellent folks to deal with; the customer support folks are the best !!!! It works excellently as a CD player! Contact the folks at POSSPO to find out if it will work in your vehicle and whether it will play DVDs in your vehicle; they will have the answers for you! Easy to set up and use! Need a CD player? This may be the one for your vehicle! To me, it's Compact in size, no bigger than an old-school 8-track or cassette player, and much lighter in weight! As the CD is playing, it's very Stable and Reliable and stays on track as the vehicle goes down the road.

I love this little CD player. Unlike the Lehwey, which I also bought and tried, this one works in my new (2026) Honda Civic. The instructions give three methods to use to get it to connect to your car’s stereo speakers (and if none of those work, you can ask them to send you a free Bluetooth adapter and try that). The first two methods didn’t work — plugging it directly into the USB port didn’t work, and my car does not have an AUX input, which was Posspo’s second suggestion. I didn’t have high hopes for the third suggestion, but had to try it. They include a small adapter (a little bigger than a matchbox) and you have to plug it into the unit and then plug the main cord into that. Then plug the main cord into your car — but this time, do not use the USB data port (in my Civic, that’s the LH one). Use the plain USB charging port (the RH one in my Civic). Then put your car’s computer screen into FM mode and slowly scroll through the different frequencies until your CD player, through its little adapter box, finds an unused frequency that it can work through. As I said, I was not hopeful, but when I got to 88.5 FM, suddenly the CD that I had put into the player began playing through my car’s speakers. I was thrilled. I am writing this review from a hotel room at the end of my second day of a cross-country road trip, and the Posspo CD player has worked beautifully. It has occasionally hiccupped, where the music stops for a split second before continuing, but I think that on the whole it handles the bumps of driving very well. You can lay it flat or sit it on end with the CD slot on the top edge. It works either way and it even fits in the glove compartment. There is a remote control, which I haven’t tried yet. (I confess that when I need to stop it, I just pull the plug; when I plug it in again, it picks up right where it left off. And I haven’t tried to fast forward or rewind yet. I’ve only had it for two days.) It’s new, so I’m still figuring it out, but I think you can’t use it and your Apple Car Play GPS at the same time. Maybe there’s a way that I haven’t found yet, but even if there isn’t, this little unit is a treasure. It’s not as good as having a CD player built into the car, but it’s a good second best. (They even include a small USB-to-USB C adapter in case your car, like mine, has only USB C ports. They seem to have thought of everything.) Hello, I bought this CD player for my 2020 Honda Civic LX. It worked flawlessly when plugged into my USB port. The sound is crisp and extremely detailed with sweet vocals and deep and well defined bass. If you are looking to add CD play to a car without a "factory" CD player look no further than the POSSPO Jupiter. It will rock you down the highway. On a side note it also sounds excellent in my 2016 Mercedes Benz B250 4matic which does have an exceptional factory CD player. Highly recommended and an easy 5 stars!!! Christopher Richardson

Just wanted too post a reveiw of the Posspo CD player.Easy installed in my 2022 Rav4 LE threw usb,powered on immediately and just hit the usb button on main dashboard screen and music started playing within a few seconds.Very fast and quiet during startup.And just wanted too let people know it fits convientley in the armrest vertically no problem and there's room enough for probably at least 6 to 7 cds for people that like too have a some variety in cd listening which is perfect.And the armrest still closes no problem with the attached cord that was attached too the cd player when I took it out of the box and attached threw usb in front of gearshift.Some people left out key details that I was looking for with my certain make of car so I figured id leave these details here for anyone that was like me.Posspo definitely did not disappoint well worth the money.Happy Listening going forward.

Writing on behalf of recipient of player. We found this Cd player extremely easy to install in our 2024 Nissan Rogue SV. The sound is excellent and so far it has played Cd's as well as home burnt Cd's. I'm anxious to try a DVD in it but of coarse can’t watch while driving. The response from your service department on questions I had was immediate and informative. I have already recommended it to a few of our friends. I definitely give it a 5 star review. We travel with it in our glove box because it doesn’t fit on our console and we prefer it “out of view” while not using it. We did need to use the USB-C adapter in our car.

Set up was easy, sound is good. I drive on some pretty rough roads and so far so good. I’ve only been using for a week. So won’t go five stars yet. But so far I impressed and would recommend this product.
