Good product
Arrived promptly, well packaged and supplied with floor sensor - which I did not need to use as the thermostat was bought to replace another, failed, model-so I now have a spare sensor. Instructions were very clear and the thermostat was easily fitted and programmed and is working well. Programmes can be changed easily using the slider switches and the rotary control. Would definitely recommend.

Simple replacement for old thermostat
Once installed, a more accurate clock than the older version of this thermostat. But having set for a maximum floor temperature of 26 deg, the reading consistently goes up past that to 29 degrees. Which reading is the true temperature?

Dead unit
Warmup Tempo Digital Thermostat Porcelain White did not work at all. The unit was completely dead had to pay postage to return this, which I think is unfair

Excellent service, good product
Arrived well packaged and on time. Thermostat a direct replacement for original model and infinitely easier to install and programme. Larger display, so good for aging eyes! Comes with replacement floor sensor but compatible with older sensor so no need to take up tiles and now have spare sensor.

Replacement thermostat, works well but be aware size larger than old version
Warmup customer service has always been excellent. When an old TSTAT thermostat failed (after 20 years!) they gave advice on what to try before replacing the unit. Only drawback with TEMPO thermostats is that they are a little wider than the old TSTAT and XSTAT thermostats which we'd fitted in a double backbox alongside its fused switch. Made it more fiddly to replace rather that a straight swap.

Programmable roomstat
It’s a programmable roomstat. It does what it should.

No power
Sadly we installed it so can’t return it now but our electrician showed me that it has zero power even when connected on the mains. As I was away it’s past the 30 days but I would hope they can replace with non faulty products

Bought to to replace old faulty unit
Ordered to replace original thermostat, which had decided to switch on & off on it's own, but not when I wanted & it's display did not alway light up. Easy to install & much easier to programme than previous one.
