Not super lightweight, but it is great quality!
I'm really happy with this as an extra monitor for traveling. It's not the lightest at around 2.5 pounds, but it is very slim and only needs the one USB-C cable (included) to power the monitor and connect to your computer. There is no setup required - just plug it in and go! I use it with a MacBook Pro, but my wife has connected it to her Windows PC with no issues. The colors are clear and high-quality, with great resolution (1920x1080) and adjustable brightness that works in the brightest rooms I've been in. The built-in smart cover also works as an easel to display, but more importantly, protects the screen and makes it safe & easy to slide into your laptop bag. I just got back from a conference where I used it to extend my monitor successfully for several days. It has held up well, and is far better quality than the $50 price implies.

Comes with type C usb and Mini HDMI cables
Works perfectly with no need for a power outlet. It turned on immediately when connected via USB-C to both my cellphone and Mac Mini. The only downside is that the colors don’t perfectly match the Mac’s display, but it still does the job very well. It’s very lightweight and thin, making it easy to carry around. I bought a laptop sleeve for it, and it fits perfectly. It doesn’t feel cheap at all, it feels like good quality and seems like it will last a long time. My wife is currently in the hospital, and this portable monitor has made it possible for me to continue working from there. Very convenient and reliable.

Excellent option for work on the go!
As someone who travels for work and needs to review multiple data windows at the same time, this extra screen is definitely worth it. The company laptop is only 14" and very small for reviewing the data that I need for work. I was carrying 2 laptops for a while and found this screen. The backpack is now definitely lighter with the work laptop and this screen vs 2 laptops. The built in flip cover/kickstand is great. There are 2 screw holes for a mount to use a stand if you want to lift it up as well. The photo is of the screen on a stand over my personal 16" laptop for scale.

Love the monitor, not a fan of the stand.
This monitor is impressively lightweight, durable and compatible with all pcs with a USB-C or HDMI connection. The monitor works beautifully in both portrait and landscape mode. I love that the USB-C cable provides both the display and power to the monitor. The only major drawback is the plastic stand that velcros to the monitor—it’s frustrating to use in either mode and doesn’t support the monitor in portrait mode. If this monitor came with a functional stand for both modes, it would be an easy five‑star product. To use it in portrait mode, I had to purchase a separate tablet stand, which still isn’t ideal, so I often end up propping the monitor against something to keep it from falling. Despite the stand issues, I genuinely love the monitor itself.

Good screen, bad stand
Bought for work, will keep for that and personal couch use. Really easy to set up and connect. Picture is good. The only thing I don't like is how it props open with the cover. Not easy or stable. Overall very happy, just need something to hold it in my place during use.

Working well for half a year, has freesync, draws up to 4 watts.
Works great! I got this in early 2025, so I've had it for over half a year now. It is 60Hz, of course, so it's not super high refresh rate, for those that care. I play at 60Hz anyways, so it works great for me, and it DOES come with freesync for AMD GPUs, which you have to turn on in the settings menu. So, playing at 60FPS or lower won't be stuttery, which is something that the 120Hz portable monitors I've found don't have, on top of being more expensive. The monitor I got is in a metal casing and weighs 1.6 pounds, or 725 grams. I run it off of the mini HDMI port for video and USB-C from a USB 2.0 hub for power. I have had rare flashes of black screen where it appears to reset while playing games, but I think that's a power issue. I've recently purchased a USB power display, and it says that at 40 brightness, this monitor draws up to 0.5A, or 2.5 watts. This puts it right at the recommended edge of usb 2.0's power delivery, which is 0.5A (probably why I've gotten occasional resets). However, if you power it with a usb 3.0 port (blue ports, or USB-C), those have a maximum rating of 0.9A, which should be fine for even maximum brightness, where this monitor draws 0.8A at max. My research said that portable monitors often draw between 10-15 watts, so a maximum of 4 watts is pretty good. As for dimensions, it's ~8.625in from bottom to top of the monitor, and its 14 inches wide. For the thick section at the bottom, its 0.43in thick, and 0.24 inches thick at the top. The bottom section goes up 2.735in of the height. Hopefully this helps anyone else doing some modeling with this. It has two screw holes, which I think are M.4 screws (so, metric). I haven't had any problems with the mount holes, though I don't have the monitor suspended like other reviews have done. The menu control isn't great in my opinion, but it works well enough. You have to push in on the volume select knob to open the menu AND select stuff, which is not super easy, and you use the button to back out of stuff. The menu is pretty comprehensive though, and it does have blue light settings, going in increments of 25%. If you flick up on the knob first, then it adjusts screen brightness. If you flick down first, then it adjusts monitor volume. I actually just figured that out while typing this review, and I respect how many features they packed into a couple buttons. Overall, it works good, it's reliable, and should be durable with the metal casing. Easy enough to use. The cover which comes with it doubles as the stand. Works great as a cover, but slips too much to make a good stand. If they rubberized the bottom of the cover, I think it'd work better. I don't use it anyways, so not a problem for me.

Affordable utility monitor
Buy it. It's relatively cheap for what it is and provides amazing utility. The colors may not be what you're looking for, but for a second mini monitor, this does the job.

Decent monitor that'll get you up and rolling quickly
When my 2-yr-old laptop fell off my bed and the touch screen was smashed, I was lost. What was I going to do with all the data on my hard-drive? After getting quite upset and learning it'll cost me between 1 and 2 hundred bucks for a new one touch screen - even though I could replace it and save some money - it was still a lot. I did some research and figured I'd buy a monitor but I didn't know they sold monitors like this until looking through Amazon. This monitor was the exact size of the OEM and I figured that it would work just fine for me. Shipping was quick and it was packaged VERY well and secure. I didn't know it came with a mini-HDMI to HDMI cable and power cord, but was surprised to learn they were in the box. It couldn't have been easier to hook everything up (they included easy to follow animated directions) and after handling that business I flipped the switch - BOOM - my laptop was back! I could do everything I used to do - except no touch screen! Clearly, this was my fault. They do make monitors that are touch screen, but I didn't order one of those, I got this guy! Resolution isn't the same as my OEM monitor and the colors aren't as sharp, but it works. Everything is VERY easy to setup and get rolling. Use the included HDMI to mini HDMI cable and plug the HDMI side into my laptop and the mini-HDMI to the monitor and then a USB-C power cord to the monitor. All is great and the monitor works well. I was even able to hook up and connect DeX from my Galaxy smartphone to the monitor. VERY easy to do by hooking up a usb-C to mini HDMI cable (not included) to monitor and I was off and rolling. THAT is a cool feature! I'm happy to recommend this monitor - it's solid for the price and will get the job done. It's certainly not a high-priced - high resolution monitor, but it's capable of getting your laptop up and running. Or - connecting your XBox Series X to as well. (Tried that, and it works.) Have fun!

Overall not bad
Works as advertised. Colour accuracy and sRGB coverage is quite poor, and enabling HDR causes significant colour banding. Otherwise, good value for money we'll see how long it lasts

Value for money portable monitor
Needed it for convenience to refer to and type out different docs. Bought it a couple months ago when on sale and despite the negative reviews about it, works just fine. It needs to be powered via usb c adapter or one of your pc’s usb c ports. If not, it goes blank into power saving mode. The stand is a bit flimsy but is stable if you pull the cut out tab to rest on the top and bottom edge of the cut out. (Don’t know if this makes sense but you’ll figure it out. Don’t break it though). Got another 2 units too at the last sale. Comes ready to run out of the box with the necessary cables for hdmi to mini hdmi and usb C to usb C.
