I honestly didn't have high expectations for this product. Not because I felt like it was not an ineffective product, or a scam, or anything like that, but I felt like my situation was worse than the average guy looking to boost his testosterone levels a bit. You see, I have somewhat of a "history" with low testosterone levels. Basically, for me, it started very suddenly when I was 32 years old. one day, I felt so terrible in such a strange way, it was really hard for me to even put it into words. I did do a little research and decided that I felt like ETTA VITA seemed like the most legit brand I could find. I went with the Longjack Tongkat Ali & Fadogia Agrestis blend. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks now, and I was nothing short of shocked when I started noticing ANY improvement!! I am really starting to actually feel like I am getting back to myself. For me the first noticeable effect was the improvement in my mood. I think that I am more sensitive to those types of things. Just within the past few days I have really noticed a bigger than ever expected increase in energy. I really think that it is because along with the increase in testosterone levels, I am able to get higher quality sleep, and the two of those factors combined really make the surge in energy levels almost comparable to an intermuscular injection of testosterone. Please, don't, misunderstand me, it's really not like that at all, but it is closer to that than I would have ever expected. I think the down-low, that I really felt like I had to share because of my surprise; Is that this stuff clearly actually has some potential of improving my life in a very meaningful way... I had been noticing less drive throughout the day to just complete workouts, daily tasks and yardwork. I would sit down on the cough or chair mid day and would instantly fall asleep like I was some 80 to 90 year old man. No drive in the bedroom at all. So I made some changes in my life. Changed my diet and got up at a consistent time every day and I have been taking these as directed for a couple months now. I noticed a huge difference in my mood and drive in less than 2 weeks and it has continued to this day. I think all of the changes and working out consistently have all played their role in my feeling better. These supplements have definitely helped.

this product does not work as claimed. i have used it for three weeks at the max dose with no changes in energy or libido . there are many other tongkat ali with fadogia products out there that deliver real results, please stear clear.
