How often can this product be used in 24 hours?

The instructions on the bottle and the pack (no leaflet) say apply 3-5 drops in each affected ear, but does not say how often it can be used. Active ingredient is Anhydriys Glycerin 5%. Perhaps ask a pharmacist. I used this for “popping” my ears, as recommended by a pharmacist. Not the brand they mentioned, but it worked.

Is this suitable for children

Don’t take my word for it but I don’t see why not. It’s basically pure alcohol that mixes with and then enables the water to evaporate. As long as they don’t drink it!
