Upon initial receipt this product appears great. However, really hard to manage. I had it replaced once after the 1st 3 months as the casing cracked which was reluctantly replaced for free despite trying to charge me initially. The replacement also started to have issues with the hinges and case and finally after 6 months it no longer charges so I cannot use it and the seller refuses to reply to my emails requesting a refund. Don't buy any CHUWI product, and do not buy anything from this vendor

I'm not a fan of Windows 10 in general. Constant updates, unwanted apps and features, annoying default search engines and browsers, etc. The model itself is cheap and plastic. The screen resolution sucks and the speaker system is beyond terrible. There is no Ethernet port, either. Sometimes the screen 'blinks' and I have to restart. However, it's lightweight and is good enough for essays and studying. After you've bought Office at an additional price.

Great value for money if it lasts 3 years

Not capable of running high performance IDEs, but still brilliant as a convenience. The design is very aesthetically pleasing and it's mostly quick/ease to use. The battery life seems reasonable and the display is good. For it's price, I'm very impressed by this product.

For the first two months or so it was pretty good, except for consent windows 10 updates. Now it seems to fail to charge whilst in use and plugged in it actually states it's " DISCHARGING"

Bizarrely within two months of purchasing, two screws have fallen out of the bottom of the laptop by the screen. This means that opening and closing the laptop is a nightmare as metal portions pop out of the bottom and the screen itself feels like it's about to come out. The screen also does not sit upright on it's own and immediately either falls forwards or backwards rendering the whole thing very frustrating. Also would not recommend the performance unless you are looking for the most basic of basic laptops e.g. internet use at a push and office use but kind of only one at once otherwise it'll drop instantly.

I had the laptop and it was easy to use, set up etc..but It broke at the hinge on the left side, i wrote and got no response, it would of been nice if a repair cost refund would of been offered, but NO reply from the supplier. Don't buy 0 Stars
