It works for me
I have been taking this for years. When I have a break my sleep detioriates. Iv tried the other flavours but this is my favourite. It tastes fine very palatable. I think these things taj Ke a while to get in your system so I would recommend you use it for at least 3 months. It was originally prescribed for me by a well qualified nutritionist. I’d totally recommend this product ( it’s not a miracle but does have benefits for me anyway)

Good stuff; it works
Good tasting and effective calming agent with ample amount of Vit C. It certainly works. The results are quick and quite noticeable. However, beware overdoing this product since continuous long term use could have harmful effects as cautioned.

useful to drink one scoop when feeling stressed and anxious, can't stop thinking and feeling agitated. really good and help with a beautiful night's sleep. good to use it before and during mood swings before or during period too. no need to take it every day and can be used from time to time when needed.

Good quality well absorbed magnesium supplement with other nutrients needed to support nervous system. My other half can do swallowing tablets and so this is ideal.

Contains Maltodextrin as sweetener. It is even morse than sugar and has higher GI index. impacting your blood sugar. Will also impact your gut bacteria and make you more susceptible to diseases.
