It's going to be very sturdy and it only took about 2 minutes for me to put it together if you follow the instructions exactly, it looks functional and nice, and I like that it holds the things I like.

How wide are the drawer dividers and can they be moved/adjusted?

The divider can be moved flexibly, I really like this design! Each compartment is 2.5 inches wide, fits binders that can be 2.5 -7.5 inches wide and less than 15 inches long, equals quite a lot of storage space for desk items,
