Works as intended. Easy fix for a loose diaphragm, massively cutting down the artefact noises. Sure, a little pricey, but a replacement is much more expensive. Happy.

Bell cover fits perfectly on Classic 2. Annoying that you have to buy the entire set, but it works.

Brought my stethoscope back to life after I thought it was well and truly broken. Just look up on YouTube how to change the diaphragm disc and you'll find step by step instructions.

You can't go wrong with genuine Littmann replacement parts for your Littmann stethoscope! I still have the Cardiology III that I bought with my first paycheck when I became a nurse. I have replaced the diaphragms a few times over the last 20 years, and I always purchase Littmann replacements. They snap in place easily and look exactly like the original parts. They fit perfectly and offer the same excellent sound quality I expect from Littmann products.

Ottimo materiale, ovviamente. E' un ricambio per i modelli più nuovi di fonendo Cardiology. Purtroppo, è poco compatibile con il mio vecchio modello di fonendo (Cardiology II) per il quale non sono più disponibili i ricambi. Infatti la ghiera è sottilissima e si stacca subito: per il momento ho risolto con un sottilissimo velo di colla, la qualità del suono è mantenuta ma non so quanto durerà.

Passt einwandfrei, einfache Montage und danach hört man wieder alles.
