Gently effective
As an older person my digestive system doesn’t work as well as it did. I find that taking one of these every day helps to keep me regular. The lemon flavour is to me much more palatable than the orange

Be proud of your stools again.
Nice orange taste, easy to take. Results in normal soft stools. Give it a day or two for Results. After no bowel movement for several days I was panicking. Remember to drink plenty of water and you'll be good to GO.
