I recommend sitting at a table with a mirror and good lighting, so if the tiny piece falls, you can easily find it again. Using tweezers to hold the inner pin also helps a lot. It is not something you can install in a hurry. But if you take your time and do it carefully, it works perfectly. Once it’s on, it feels secure, comfortable, and doesn’t move at all. I’ve tried other types of nose piercings before, including ones that snap together instead of screwing in, and those always ended up falling out. This one stays put, exactly what I needed. The package arrived in perfect condition and included everything necessary: the tiny pin and the tool to help adjust it. It’s like a miniature screw system, so of course it requires patience and a steady hand. If you don’t have the patience to sit down calmly and try a few times, this might not be for you. These are cute but the gem turned out to be much bigger than expected, and since I bought it for my helix it just looked ridiculous.
