Works nicely with my VFD, it isn't rocket science to hook up
Needed a motor for an old antique patternmaker's lathe that was originally operated by foot power treadle. I got in a suitable pulley and belt, mounted motor to a frame I also had to make, and wired in a cheap VFD unit, works beautifully and have been happily turning small parts on my patternmaker lathe.
