Has anyone had issues with the connection? I have had issues with the earbuds staying connected to my device.

I've been using mine for a few weeks now almost daily with an older iPad and have had no connection issues. I would suggest unpairing them from the device, restarting your device and resetting the earbuds, and reconnecting. If that doesn't solve the issue, you may just have a bad pair of earbuds and you should probably contact Amazon or Anker for a replacement.
