Simple and perfect timer, used it to help with potty training and understanding transitions - very effective! The alarm isn’t too loud, can’t complain overall!

I thought this timer would be good for my 2 year old who was always asking when her Dad would be finished work. Her Dad works from home so it was not obvious to her when she was safe to go and pester him. This timer is perfect for helping her count down the last hour before her Dad finishes work. The timer is easy to set, the dial is very easy to turn and my daughter usually does it herself once she's been told what number to wind it to. It is also very lightweight and compact to carry to wherever she is playing. As a result of this it has survived plenty of knocks onto the floor! The alarm is loud and clear but the sound can also be switched off if required. The switches to change the alarm settings are hidden inside the battery cab, so no worry of them getting accidentally changed. It would be a nice feature if the dial could be locked once the timer has been set because there are times when my daughter messes around with it. Overall, a sturdy and well designed timer with a clear display that's easy for children to read. Excellent for helping kids to understand time, I think we will be making use of this for many years to come.

I purchased this timer to help my toddler with the concept of time, I.e. ‘mummy will be finished in 5 minutes’. I’ve read about visual timers as a good resource under these circumstances. I think my daughter is still a little young to use it as intended, but I can see how it will become very useful before too long. It’s a really nice design; I love the little rainbow for the countdown - my daughter likes it too. My initial perception was that it’s smaller than I expected, but actually it’s really portable, light and easy for my daughter to move around. It’s easy enough to use, though the instructions are sparse. You can have the alarm noise on or off. Next to this setting, there’s also an option for 3-60. It took a bit of practice to figure out what this setting means as it doesn’t say in the instructions. After a bit of trial and error I’ve determined that it indicates the duration of the beep in seconds, which in fairness is a handy feature. I wish it made a slightly louder tick when counting down. It’s barely audible in a noisy home. Without this it can be hard to tell if it’s actually counting down. Which is made all the more disconcerting, as the instructions state not to twist the dial counter-clockwise as it can damage it; of course my daughter tries to do this all the time, so I am in a constant state of questioning whether it’s still working; for now the answer seems to be yes, so clearly it’s not as fragile as the instructions suggest. Fortunately it seems hardy in other ways as well. It’s survived quite well so far with a decent bit of toddler bashing. Overall it’s a handy and well made little tool.

I needed something simple to keep track of tasks, and this visual timer works a treat. The rainbow design looks great on the desk, and it is dead easy to set up with just a turn of the central knob. The best bit is how clear the visual countdown is. You can see exactly how much time is left at a glance which is great for staying focused. It runs completely silent too, so there is no annoying ticking sound while you are trying to work. One thing to watch out for is the alarm volume. Even on the loud setting, it is not actually that loud. If you are in another room, you might miss it, so it is definitely best kept right next to you. The build is quite lightweight plastic, but for sitting on a desk or a kitchen counter, it does the job perfectly. No messing about, it just works.

I ordered this as a visual to support my daughter, it works well and is very ease to use but was smaller than I had expected. The alarm can be volume adjusted and the length of beeps can be adjusted too. The display is clear and engaging for young children.

Great purchase for someone with adhd or time management skills. Noise is perfect for me as someone sensitive to sound. Accuracy seems on point. Size is small enough to not look out of place but not too small to not be able to see. Battery life seems good.

Es silencioso mientras está en uso y el sonido de la alarma se puede ajustar a un volumen más bajo. Al marcar el tiempo que necesito, se despliega un bonito arcoiris y una simpática nubecilla, que va retrocediendo según van pasando los minutos. A mi bebé le encanta ver cómo se esconde. ¿Para qué lo usamos? Los bebés no tienen noción del tiempo y necesitaba una estrategia para ayudarle a conocer cuando vamos a empezar o a acabar una actividad. "Dame cinco minutos para acabar ésto y estoy contigo". Su diseño es muy bonito y el tamaño es perfecto para llevarlo en la mochila de mi niño cuando salimos de casa. "Cuando pasen 10 minutos y la nube se esconda, nos vamos a casa, vale?". La dinámica se entiende muy bien y es de gran ayuda. Lo volveré a comprar para regalo.

Utile tant avec les enfants pour les temps de jeu, de devoir etc que pour la cuisine et mon fils l’a utilisee hier doir pour marquer le temos de lavage des dents.taille très correcte pour pouvoir le ranger dans un tiroir si besoin. Et ne pas encombrer le bureau ou la table lors des activités. Un bemol si l’enfant decide de toucher la molette et ajouter du temps il n’est pas bloquer pour le faire.

Sehr gut, hilft mir bei der Arbeit und beim Time-Management. Es ist super, dass der Alarm auch ausgestellt werden kann, sodass die Uhr auch nur visuell genutzt werden kann. Schön leise.

Es un gran recurso. Muy visual y práctico. Viene con dos pilas pequeñas para usarlo al recibirlo. La alarma puede sonar más o menos alta (2 modos) y puede durar sonando 3" o 60" segundos (2 modos a elegir) Lo recomiendo sin duda, no se escuchan los segundos y es solo visual.
