So good. Lucky we can get it in America.
Real yuzu koshou isn't even that common in Japan, and it's hard to get good ones in America. I'm overjoyed to be able to get a delicious product at a good price. Thank you for sourcing it!

Tasty! Unique. Delicious.
Just a small amount adds a ton of flavor. Adds heat without the burn with a gentle citrus saltiness. Mix with mayo or soy sauce for a nice change up from wasabi. More gentle but just as flavorful.

Strong Tasty Flavor
This tastes so good, the flavor is a bit strong but I love to put a little bit on everything!

Inedibly salty + arrived 2/3 broken
This is straight up inedible. I love salt but this seems to be legitimately 99% sodium. I had my roommate try it too without saying anything beforehand and she had the same response. I can’t imagine anyone creating this product, trying it, then saying “oh yeah it’s good to go.” It’s insanely salty to the point of not being food. Also, 2 out of 3 of the jars came shattered. There is no return policy for this product which is bad form by this company, though Amazon was able to separately give me a refund due to it being 2/3 broken. Just buy the Trader Joe’s one, that stuff is amazing. I wanted to branch out but learned my lesson. This is absolutely disgusting and I truly mean that.
