Dull trimmers
I'm going to keep it short and sweet. these trimmers are dull. I bought it for the crispy lines. you can't even make a line with these. so, for me they are garbage.

its a decnt trimmer but i wouldnt recommend. It sounds and feels powerful but its not really powerful jt can barely get the c cup roght and its not the best for designs.

*UPDATE* (Owner personally reached out) After a decent period of time I unexpectedly was contacted by the company owner to my surprise and they actually were genuinely sincere with the follow up to address concerns for my order situation. They offered to make it right and resolve everything to complete satisfaction. I really appreciate that and respect Supreme Trimmer for doing so. Today I have updated my initial review to 5 stars based on the excellent support and the nice message from the company owner to personally make it right. I can now recommend this company now based on how I was treated, service and care for the customer. (Initial Review) I literally just gifted this trimmer to my brother right in front of me after it was delivered this morning. Upon opening it clearly showed deep scratches/chipped like factory type blemishes on the trimmer. He thought it might of been reconditioned, dropped at the factory or some type of manufacturing defect. I then show him it was supposed to be brand new. Now we hope there is no internal damage or problems later after usage based on the poor appearance. Very disappointed in the lack of quality control to let this pass. Would like to speak with Supreme Trimmer about this concern and wonder if others received roughed up items.

Substandard product that comes in premium and well-presented packaging
The product quality is disappointing. It heats up excessively within a short time, making it unsafe for prolonged use. The attachments /guards are poorly designed and require excessive force to detach. Overall, not worth the purchase. Substandard product that comes in premium and well-presented packaging. The outward appearance is misleading, as the actual performance does not match the packaging.
