Im newly qualified and wanted a reference book that had clear instructions, i chose this after reading many reviews and i love it its great for beginners, all the areas of body are broken down into easy to follow categories eg shoulder problems section, spinal problems etc with all the causes of problems , symptoms and different techniques and tips to use for that area of body, book is a really good size too with full colour glossy pages, would make a great gift

I would highly recommend this text book to anyone who is training or has an interest in this therapy. I have had plenty of experience over the years with textbooks. And I would say that this is one of the best laid out books that I have come across. It reads well and will be a valuable tool for both the student and professional therapist. I recently completed a cupping course and wanted a textbook that I could refer to while practicing my skills. I find the pictures that show where to place the cups excellent and very clear. The text cuts through the jargon and gets straight to the point. A very useful resource to my expanding library of therapy books!

Very nice insightful book, provides good valuable information regarding contra-indications and shows good cupping techniques for different ailments. Definitely recommend it

Good overview. Probably could have said everything necessary in half the pages, but their designer was enjoying themselves.

The description in the book is amazing and it is so well written. I am in the process of becoming a fully qualified cupping therapist and I found this book to give me more clarity and in-depth understanding of certain things I was slightly unsure about.

the book is not new ! it is scratched and looks old but in a good condition but not new at all!

Love how easy this was to read, it's really put together nicely so that anyone can pic it up and use it honestly. For trained people in the field they will have their preferences and pick things apart as I read in some reviews, but I have to disagree with them. I have two degrees and still can pic this up and learn from it. I majored in psychology and my minor is nursing. I know how to do ultrasound, basic cupping, Acupuncture and some different massage techniques. I enjoyed this book and purchased the spiral pound so I could use it as a reference for myself and will likely pass it on to my daughter who has a client who she does cupping with in home health care. She was taught some basics by the Therapist to do at home with the client. My daughter is a home health care giver and works for two agencies in Hospice.
