For some reason this product is targeted towards a female audience and doesn’t specify if it’s for men as well, but it is. Let me start by saying I’ve never been able to tell if a supplement is working for me until now. I know that this product isn’t a fraud because I’ve suffered from CHRONIC and SEVERE heartburn all of my life. Always munching tums and chugging liquid antacids to keep the burn away at night while i sleep or shortly after ANY meal that is even slightly acidic. Even different brands of water with slight acidic levels will trigger it. I waited a couple of days to be sure but I lie to you not. within my first 48 hours, shortly after my second pill my heartburn vanished. I haven’t had an episode of heartburn in over 3 days which is impossible for me. When i feel it coming on a couple of hours after a meal it slowly fades back away as soon as I feel it coming up. That’s how I KNOW that this product is real and does what it advertises. I can’t wait to see the rest of the results to come in the long term. I can’t thank the makers of this product enough ! From this point on I am sold! will do subscription orders. Please don’t change a THING! Update: I’ve used the entire package and this product has opened my eyes to how amazing the possibilities are for your health with a well balanced gut flora. i tried other brands that claim to have twice the CFUs and more than double the strains.. and they aren’t even a tenth as effective as this product. stick to omax !

When life is crazy, I find myself eating on the go, which usually means not eating like I should. This many times causes bloating for me. This probiotic has been taking care of the bloating. I feel like the immunity support it offers is needed when I stressed and busy. Having a history of urinary tract infections, I was on the verge of having to take low dose antibiotics - which I did not want! I was excited to see these probiotics support urinary health. I think the capsules are easy to swallow and I don’t notice any taste. This has a great selection of probiotics. It’s really kept my digestive system working like it should. I highly recommend.

I take these daily and will buy more. This probiotic is phenomenal. If you need some help in the gut this is the one for you. You won’t be disappointed.

My daughter is MSPI and I had given up dairy due to breastfeeding. We got cross contaminated and I had been off dairy so long it hurt my stomach too. I was going on 5 days of stomach pain and bathroom issues and decided my normal daily probiotic wasn't cutting it. I am rating this product 3 stars based on two critical concerns: 1. The bottle does not have an expiration date, which raises questions regarding the product's freshness and stability. 2. Upon opening the capsules, I noticed an unusually unpleasant odor—something I have never encountered before with any probiotic supplement. Although this raised concerns about potential spoilage, I used the product and experienced no adverse side effects. Given that I avoid gluten and processed foods, I did not observe a substantial difference in my overall digestion. However, I am prone to bloating when consuming foods like garlic or onions, and I did notice a reduction in bloating symptoms while using this probiotic.

I started taking probiotics because I have digestive issues. I use to have to travel with a bag in my car with extra clothes and personal items to clean myself. I once tried a probiotic from a health food store that came out of the refrigerated section in a glass bottle. I did notice any change in anything so I did not take anymore and lost hope in them all together. Until a couple of months ago when I did research and found out that I should try a therapeutic class probiotic that comes in a pill pack that you pop open, (nitrogen packed). I also found that you should take your probiotic with chickory root. I found this probiotic on Amazon, it is the first one I tried that is therapeutic class and it had helped me with digestion. It is really nice to be able to actually make it to the restroom. The things some people take for granite........................ I do wish the cost was lower for my own financial reasons but I know that it cost money to make the product.

I have been taking Omax 3 everyday for years. I have never had a UTI. I have recommended it to my family and friends who get them. Now they are UTI free and thank me for telling them about it.

These are great!! They seem to be helping mange my diverticulosis and my blood sugar.
