I purchased this petrol strimmer/brush cutter 15 months ago, I have used it every month that the grass needed cutting ( a good hour at a time). I have stored it fuel empty in a dry place when not in use and over the winter months when the grass doesn't need cutting. I can honestly say it has been reliable, easy to start ( Fill with fuel/good quality oil mixture, press the primer bulb four to five times, switch the ignition on handle to run, always have started it with the choke in run position as the start position cuts the engine out, usually on first or second pull with no revs it starts), it cuts through grass and brambles with ease and is comfortable to use with the provided harness. The build quality is good, once everything is assembled and tightened up and it stays together well with minimal maintenance. It is easy to use and doesn't require high revs to cut grass or brambles( over revving these 2 stroke engines tends to destroy them fast, half to three quarter throttle is plenty ). For £110 you can not go wrong especially considering it has a 52cc engine that has no problem cutting brambles. I highly recommend this strimmer as long as you look after it it will look after your garden. If it develops issues down the line i will update my review.

Good quality and sturdy design. The powerful engine is easy to start and with the 2.5mm cutting line it cuts through grass and weeds like a hot knife through butter. It took me a while to get the harness adjusted just right (I started off with it too low) but when its right and the unit is balance correctly it felt much lighter snd easier to use. The instruction manual is not the best but does have the information required. The mix ratio in the manual differs to that on the engine so should be checked. I had one small issue as a spring in the cutting line spool broke afte a few hours use which caused the line to continuously feed. It must have been a faulty spring. I contacted the customer service and got a very quick response and the whole spool was replaced immediately. Very impressed. A very good unit for the price snd would 100% recommend based on the unit itself and the customer service response.

Seems good at the moment been used few times and starts well. Has a bit of a kick to start it but get used to that. O ly fault I can find is that the coupling bore is very rough at the split point. I smoothed mine down and took all rough edges of the bore and greased it well. Not sure bump spools are the best option but time will tell. Can always get different types to try.

Terrible. Broke after 6 hours usage. Irreparable and illegible for Amazon return/ refund. Avoid.

An absolutely fantastic machine, easy to start and works like a dream. I love it. Professionally made. I will definitely be putting it through it's paces and it does the job as it is intended for.

Very happy with trimmer easy to assemble started on second pull and quite powerful.

Delivered very quickly and packaged conveniently. Very sturdy for the price and easy to assemble. Very capable unit for the price and works well so far! You do need to use the harness though (supplied) as it’s a little awkward but if you set it up right then you will soon get used to it.

No problem putting together , But ,when trying to start the kickback almost pulls my hand off ,repoted to seller ,,,fobed off ,,,then to pull cord would not retract ,sent it back to seller ,,asked them to check the kickback ..they fitted a new pull cord and sent it back ,kickback still the same ,after one use the pull cord housing broke ,a new sent for-me to fit that’s the third one ,, ,so far all ok ,,,except for trying to start it ,,I’m terrified really hurts my hand ,,when it is stated it’s a good machine if a little too powerful for just grass . Would I recommend it NO ,I wish I had bought it local and then I could take it back and change it ,
