Good Quality Meclizine
I have vertigo, and these help me tremendously. I ran out and thought, "Let me try not taking them." Well, it turns out they do make a difference. I recommend these if you struggle with dizziness.

I have been having really bad vertigo due to BPPV, my doctor recommended I use Dramamine with Meclizine as the active ingredient.
