Good seeds but tough to open
I bought this Elan Organic Flax Seed pack because I needed more fiber in my diet and wanted something non-gmo and vegan. The quality of the seeds is actualy really good and they have a nice mild taste when I sprinkle them on my morning yogurt or put them in my smoothies. They gel up really fast like the description says which is great for baking too. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the packaging is kind of a pain. Its suppose to be resealable but I had a hard time geting it to stay closed after the first time opening it. Other than that the value for a pack of 2 is decent and they feel very fresh. I will probably buy these again but I might just put them in a different container next time.

J'ai choisi cette marque pour la certification sans gluten et bio. Les graines de lin ont un bon goût et j'en rachèterai sans hésitation. J'en mets dans mon gruau, dans des recettes de granola, smoothies et certains pains. Il est important de les moudre avant de les consommer et elles se gardent très longtemps au congélateur. Je recommande!
