I like the size and how quickly the gel caps work. The 25 mg is the standard drugstore size typical Benadryl. I buy these and also the 50 mg size in gel caps. Usually I take the 50 mg about an hour before bedtime sometimes I’ll wake up at midnight or 1 o’clock in the morning and I can take one of these if I still have 5-6 hours left and need to sleep. These do work and they’ve kept me from having to use something more prescriptive or heavier. On top of that they keep me from getting regular allergic reaction reactions during the day to things like mosquitoes. I still get bitten, but I don’t get itchy bites anymore. I also don’t get lactose intolerance reactions. If I’ve taken one of these the night prior it does seem to stay in your system even when you’re not sleepy anymore in general, they seem to help with all kinds of allergies and I sleep really well I’ve recommended them to friends also I’ve purchased these at least three times and I’ve been taking them for a few years now. Good product low price work well.

Works ok I need to take more than they suggest but I am bigger

This 70s disco afro wig set was honestly one of the funniest costume purchases ever and ended up being a huge hit at a half way to Halloween party. Not strong enough .. for me anyway. Tried them a few times now and am not impressed. Had to take another kind of sleep aid to get the job done.

I really liked it. I only take one capsule an hour before bed and I fall asleep quickly. If I need to get up during the night, I wake up easily and go back to sleep normally. I wake up feeling great in the morning.
