Costs Less Than my Usual Brand and is Equal in Quality
I ordered the small size for my 11 pound shih tzu and they fit fairly well. They seem a little wide when I first put one on but after moving around for a little while they seem to scrunch up a little bit. I have had a few issues with the rotating with the absorbent side sliding upwards to where the velcro area gets underneath him. I don't want to over tighten them as the elastic would be a little too tight on his sensitive area. They are very absorbent and don't seem to get saggy/heavy. The wetness indicator turns blue when wet, so you know when it needs changed. They have helped me stop worrying about my dog lifting his leg and ruining my furniture. The are a few dollars cheaper than the brand I usually get and I plan to order more.

Reliable, leakproof solution for small senior dogs
We use these daily for our 15 lb Maltese, and they’ve been a game changer for managing incontinence. The absorbency is excellent — they hold up really well without leaking, even with consistent use. We typically change them once mid-day, and they still perform reliably without causing messes or damp spots around the house. That alone has taken a lot of stress off our daily routine. The fit is especially great for smaller dogs. It’s snug enough to stay in place, but not tight or uncomfortable. Our dog moves around normally and doesn’t seem bothered by wearing them, which hasn’t been the case with every brand we’ve tried. The leakproof design actually works. We’ve had issues in the past with other diapers failing or shifting, but these stay secure and do what they’re supposed to do. Also, the convenience of them being disposable is huge. When you’re caring for a senior dog, simplifying cleanup matters more than you realize, and these make that part easy. If you have a small dog dealing with incontinence, these are absolutely worth it. They’ve made a noticeable difference in both our dog’s comfort and our day-to-day life.

They work well enough but they do run a bit on the small side.
These diapers are pretty much identical to the same kind of fabric and filler you get when you buy diapers for babies and toddlers. Looks like they perform the same way, are similarly absorbent, and velcro closed the way a child's diaper does. The padding around the groin is decently thick, and the design is simple enough that it's easy to just wrap it and go. They seem like they're decently good quality as well. My one complaint, and I've seen it posted in a few other comments, is that the sizing is a bit off. We have a corgi, and while he's not a big dog, he's also not small. He's just a medium dog with short legs. We went with a medium sizing because his waistline is similar to the dogs listed on the sizing chart. It's PRETTY snug, however. I will say that it does fit, but just barely. I worry that the stretch may make him uncomfortable. At the very least it's snug enough to hopefully prevent any leaks. We're in a situation where we may or may not need anymore diapers; time will tell if our dog can fight the condition he's in and make it another few years. At least for now we have these handy, and if it looks like he's doing well enough to buy more, we'll definitely be sizing up. I think it's probably a good idea to size up if the sizes are marginally bigger or smaller, because you can always velcro over the extra fabric, but it's hard to stretch it to fit. Sadly I don't have the two sizes to compare currently. Good luck to all of you with a need for these. We all love our pooches.

Dog diapers - price hike, capitalism strikes again.
First off, the quality is top-notch. The velcro on these diapers is strong and reliable. It's a huge relief not to be constantly adjusting a saggy diaper, especially with our dog who isn't the most patient when it comes to wardrobe adjustments. He's taken to these diapers surprisingly well, which is more than I can say for the other brands we've tried. Amazon diapers held the most urine overnight without leaking another brand would leak. And the color changing strip is the most prominent and visible compared to 2 other brands. I like the fact that Amazon’s diaper is thick but not uncomfortable like this other carbon one we have, and they had more room and not too tight when put on our dog. We’ve also tried reusable diapers with disposable pads – let's just say, it wasn't pretty. Now, for the pricing saga. We initially got these diapers at $10.88 for a pack of 30. Great deal, right? The same size medium shot up to $26.83 and for the past 2 months it’s been at a high 20s nearing $30 per 30. The extra small size is sitting at $4.55, and the large is only $7.21 for the same 30 count. It’s paying a premium because I presume only size Medium sell like hot cakes! Small is the next expensive size, currently at $22.94. Despite the price hike, which I hope Amazon addresses, I'm still a fan. These diapers are well made compared to other brands who have been in the business for longer, and the peace of mind that our dog is dry through the night is worth a bit extra. But, like any savvy shopper, I'm keeping my eyes peeled for when the price dips back to a more wallet-friendly number. When it does, I'll be stocking up. So, if you're on the lookout for a reliable, comfortable solution for your furry friend's needs, Amazon Basics Male Dog Wraps are definitely worth considering. Just be aware of the fluctuating high prices and maybe wait for the next time the price dips. Or if you have a bigger dog or a tiny one, it wouldn’t even matter, you’re getting them at a great price.

Great diapers
Great diapers for dogs. The yellow lines on the diaper indicate if the dog has urinated by turning blue. They stay in the dog fine, but if you have multiple dogs and they play rough while you’re away, you may need to get a surgical onesie to ensure that the diaper stays fastened. I am a returning buyer of this product and I believe that it tops other leading brands.

Condition of the diaper
I've been ordering this item for a while n, was satisfied, but last order (2bags) the diapers condition wasn't so good. Rehearsive keeps coming off, very sticky residue sticking to my fingers every time I take it off.

Exellent
Xs for my 9 lbs baby These diapers are super absorbent and very easy to put on. My dog hasn’t even tried to take them off, which says a lot because they’re comfortable and fit him really well. One feature I really like is the blue line on the front that lets you know when he has peed. Overall, they’re simple to use, comfortable for pets, and highly effective. I highly recommend them!

They could do better with their measurement suggestions
Update: I didn't need these for over a year then sweet little Bear developed diabetes :( so sometimes I have to use these wraps - at night, or if I have to leave the house for a little bit. He lost weight do to this so I ordered the small this time. They just fit - I mean JUST fit. He now weights about 12 or almost 12 and a half pounds so the small fit this time (update - he's down to 11.8 :( so they fit even better). You may want to size up unless you have a very lean dog. These do work very well though. Never have had a leak yet (Update: you have to change often though or there could be leak through with diabetes's large volumes of urine :( but I change very often). And the strip that makes them stick can be undone and redone over and over and it still sticks. Also, when I was about to run out and Amazon still hadn't delivered my next batch, I went to the local pet store and bought the brand there. They cost twice as much as these and they fit tighter so the size isn't what I like. So I am appreciating these Amazon Basics even more. Only complaint is how long it takes to get them but that seems to be with everything now. Also, these were half the price I paid last time, which is much more reasonable. I'd give it five stars at this price of just under $14. Four stars at the nearly $29 price. ---------- The measurement guidelines did not help me at all. The first set I bought were way too small at x-small (should have known that wouldn't fit his round ol' belly!), so I'll be returning those. I ordered a medium this time as I was afraid the small would be too small as well, and the mediums were slightly too big. A small may be better but hard to know as they just don't give enough measurements information. For your reference, my male long-haired chihuahua mix is about 12-13 pounds, around 19 or so at his waist/belly--he's 'beefy' for a chihuahua. These aren't a perfect fit but then again I have zero experience with dog wraps. I cut the medium on the sides where the strip folds in, and I cut the length a few inches and it fits a little better. I can't talk about absorbency yet because he's not wet them and may never for all I know. Bear had surgery and has had some health issues that caused him to have a few accidents so I am giving these a try for occasional use in certain situations. They do look well made - thick enough to hold some urine though again not sure how much. Since I take Bear out frequently, I won't have that worry so much. They have little paws on them, which is cute. Honestly, I hated buying these since my Bear has always been a healthy dog without any problems like this and having to buy these made me very sad. I do hope I never have to buy any more again and that he'll be back to his old self. It took him an hour or so to get used to them but I praised him a lot. I also give him breaks from them if I'm in a situation where he has to wear one long term. You can buy those recovery suits that are used after surgery and will cover their stomach, if you are worried about your dog chewing it or removing it. The adhesive strip is great - can undo it and redo it and it still works. I just wish they'd do better with measurements so I could measure my dog and then know what size instead of the chart they have that makes it unclear.

Parfait

Fantastic product!!
Works perfectly, so easy to use. Holds a full pee, perhaps even two. Very absorbent absolutely no mess or smell. Very handy for older dogs that have bladder issues. I have a male dog, These would not work for female dogs, I’m not sure if they have anything equal to this for female dogs. Highly recommend this product and seller.

Work well for 2-3 hours.
I have been using these on my 45 pound English Springer Spaniel, who is 14.5 yrs old, and has problems holding his pee. I'm on about my fifth box now. The price jumped once I ordered my 3rd box I believe. Anyway, they work well, but are no substitute for getting your pet out to pee. They are just a safety, to catch drips, and one-or-two little pees. I was changing them every 2-3 hours, even though I let him out regularly. So was finding it getting expensive. So I found "disposable booster pads", which are a small pad you can add to this diaper. The ones I get are Jollywoods Dog Diaper Liners", here on Amazon. They are awesome. The hold the extra urine when needed. Then you just peel it off the diaper, and you can reuse the diaper much longer. I've been able to use the same diaper for a full day, with just changing the extra liners. Big cost savings. The diapers closure taping system works flawlessly. No problem with removing the diaper several times a day (to change the liner) and refastening the diaper on again. It does not wear out. Just make sure your pup's firehose is securely inside the diaper after he gets up, as sometimes they can wiggle out, and you'll have pee on the floor. We have a lifesaving Bissell pet vacuum for that too. Oh ya, and these diapers are for male dogs only. Female dogs require a female diaper. I learned that the hard way.
