Allulose is excellent for making sugar free jams, sweet sauces, candy coated nuts and popcorn. It hold up well at high heat and doesn’t crystallize the final product.

Started using this as suger replacement in coffees and ice creams. So far the best replacement for sugar taste wise. No after taste unlike other artifical sweeteners. 1:1 serving as sugar so no conversion required.

Love the fact that using allulose as a sweetener has no significant effect on blood sugar. As a diabetic who loves sweets it's been a godsend and you can use it 1:1 as a replacement for sugar in beverages or baking.

Does the job. Takes a little more than you'd expect to get the same level of sweetening you are used to.

These jokers... they've got added fructose im this allulose powder, so it's actually a sweetener mix. Note that they hide it by indicating 4 grams of carbs, but don't indicate all 4 grams are added sugar. Keep away - even if you don't mind the fructose, they're being intentionally deceptive. Not surprisingly, it tastes sweeter than some other allulose powders... because it isn't pure allulose powder.

I have to watch my sugar, and I prefer allulose. This brand is a great brand, it doesn't upset my stomach, there are no carbs. You can use it for sweetner in drinks, tea coffee, or you can bake with it. This is a great quality product, for an excellent price. I definitely will purchase it again.

Bought this to prevent blood sugar spikes then when it arrives I see it is allulose and fructose. Well, fructose is out so I guess I’m curious what’s the point of just not using sugar?

Allulose is great for baking. Uses 1:1 with sugar so no figuring needed. Also good for cookies where the bulk of sugar is needed It makes the baked goods brown on top. I was disappointed at how little was in the bag for the price. It was very flat.
