Solid, Well Built Chest Exerciser – Just Missing Exercise Guidance
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Arrived well packaged and feels solid straight out of the box. The build quality is good with sturdy steel arms and the hydraulic resistance feels smooth and controlled rather than jerky. It has a nice weight to it which makes it feel like a proper bit of kit rather than something flimsy. The adjustable resistance range is impressive and should suit different strength levels. It also looks quite compact so it does not take up much space when stored. My only real criticism is that there are no instructions or guidance included on how to use it to target different muscle groups. For anyone new to this type of trainer it would have been helpful to include a small guide showing different exercises and positioning. Aside from that I am very happy with it so far and it seems like a good addition to home strength training.

Just brilliant
Excellent for your arms and chest definitely recommend I’m 54 and it’s helping me tone up. Very easy to use as you can change what strength you want it to.

Product is okay for the price paid, Although there is levels on it 1-20 and you can basically do every level with ease. Then level 20 is almost impossible it feels, Would recommend though definitely can feel the pump in your chest and your arms. Fits nice aswell.

Well made and effective. Not sure if it's actually 200kg pressure though as it's not too hard to to push together on max setting. But t still gives you a good workout.

Cool but not what they've described weight wise
It's a cool gadget but no way is it 200kg as my 8 year old daughter can do it. I have never been to a gym and have it on half way and do multiple reps on that and I couldn't be doing that at 100kg. ( correct form also ) but still a cool thing that seems to be pretty effective but not what the description states.
