The company offers different sizes, densities and thicknesses because every body is different. An added bonus, these pillows can be further adjusted to fit individual needs. I purchase this one to replace one I've had for years. It's hard to let go of a comfortable out friend but it was time. I have cervical issues and have tried many pillows over my lifetime. The hollowed out portion in the center of the pillow allows for a more natural cervical curvature support. I purchased one for my husband and he finds it helpful also. It was worth the money. I wake with less neck pain.

I love how this pillow snugs my head in any position making it easier to sleep! I recommend it, especially if you have neck pain!

TOO HARD. Very uncomfortable, couldn't sleep on it even after trying it off and on as advised. I have neck pain and this made it worse.

This pillow is really well made and good quality. However, there is no head support whatsoever. Maybe I’m using it wrong but your neck is supported and head falls to bed because there is no thickness in the center. This pillow also caused me to snore. These are all personal issues, and the pillow may work well for others. Awesome customer service though… full refund, no questions.

We have used these pillows since our chiropractor recommended and sold them many years ago. This was one of the doctors who treated me after severe whiplash injury and this pillow was a godsend. I would never switch to another pillow and my husband loves it as well. We change them out every year or so and love that they are available on Amazon! Just received 2 new and they are the same great quality and comfort that we have been used to for years.

I really wanted to like this pillow! I have tried this pillow for 3 weeks. There were nights that the pillow worked great for my neck but more often than not it was uncomfortable and I woke up with my neck hurting more than the night before. I will be returning it.

It seems like a quality made product, but it's very VERY firm, so not good for me. Good support for my neck when I slept on my back, but the side sections are too stiff to comfortably lie on my side. I will be returning.
