I purchased this and initially it worked really well and was perfect for my on-the-road job and giving me that all-important second screen. Is lightweight, colours are great and simply is just plug and play. After a year the screen just completely stopped working though. I reached out to the manufacturer and initially their responses were great, coming back to me within 24 hours, however, they have since completely ghosted me and my last 4 emails over the last 2 weeks have not been responded to. So - good product, when it worked but aftersales service is shockingly bad.

Initially exceptionally pleased with this - super fast delivery, great value for money, easy to connect, great visuals. Transformed mobile working while travelling. However - only one cable of the 3 provided worked from purchase, and 6 weeks after purchase this stopped working altogether. Other USB C cables don’t work. So I can no longer use the screen. Awaiting confirmation from seller on next steps as I’m beyond amazon’s return window. Very disappointed. Will update this review once I get a response - but note to other buyers - if any of your cables do not work or stop working - flag to seller immediately as my experience is you’ll be left with no means of connecting and a defunct item.

I bought this portable monitor for occasional work and gaming. The screen itself is good and the packaging was solid. It has multiple connection options, which I liked, and HDR support is a nice bonus. Unfortunately, the unit I received arrived with a fault. About a quarter of the way from the left side, there’s a straight white line of dead pixels. It doesn’t matter which USB-C port I use for power or whether I use mini HDMI or USB-C for display. I tested it with my MacBook as well, and the line is still there. It seems like a manufacturing defect on my unit, which is disappointing because the monitor otherwise looked promising. I’m returning it, but if you get a working one, it could be a good budget option.

I was impressed by the value and performance of this monitor, with one important exception. Despite the packaging saying "100% Tested Quality Guarantee", there was an obvious fault in the display which had a 3 to 4 millimetre wide band of extra bright pixels across the whole width of the screen, (see photos). I have returned the defective monitor for a refund but it must be said that I was so impressed by what it would have been like without the fault, that I have immediately ordered another one and am keeping my fingers crossed that this one will be fault free.

For a cost-friendly monitor like this, I initially expected that the lifespan might not be too long, but completely destroying my personal laptop is a whole different story. After using this portable monitor, the internal display of my laptop completely broke down. Before this incident, my laptop was in perfect functional and physical condition, with absolutely no prior drops, structural damage, or liquid exposure. I reported this to the seller, and they explicitly instructed me to take my device to Apple for an official inspection. I followed their instructions perfectly and provided the official diagnostic report to them as requested. (Maybe I just got a single defective unit, but the product stability is extremely concerning.) What’s worse is the seller's behavior. The moment I provided the official Apple diagnostic report as they requested, they instantly changed their attitude - they completely ignored the evidence and closed the customer enquiry without any reply or resolution. In stark contrast to the seller's terrible attitude, Amazon's internal support team has been incredibly proactive and serious about handling this safety issue. This evasion of responsibility from the seller and product instability is unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone: DO NOT buy this to save a bit of money, or you will end up spending hundreds more repairing your own computer! Avoid at all costs!

As per title, worked great for about 4 hours USB-C to USB-C. Then screen suddenly went blank, occasionally flashing, and despite various attempts with other devices, the other cables etc couldn't get it to to display anything again. So back it goes to Amazon!! I won't be getting a replacement because A. If one unit fails after 4 hours I have no confidence in another one being more robust and B. It's very flimsy and cheap feeling. I wouldn't say it was robust enough to be genuinely portable without some serious additional padding either.

Faulty item, it says I need to plug a 5v charger if I want brightness above 80 percent in the manual, I used all types of chargers and cables and still all the screen does is flicker constantly and turn off and on with no signal, it worked at the beginning when I first turned it on for 30 seconds before I ran into constant issues

I purchased this monitor as a second screen when working from home, after a few days the magnetic case came away from the monitor and no longer connects, at first I assumed the case mah have been stuck on but it appears to be a very weak magnet, screen seems very dull also, have send it back, would need to invest in a stand and that defeats the object for a portable monitor.

Ho acquistato il monitor perché avevo distrutto quello del mio portatile e così ho dovuto urgentemente trovare un sostituto, per continuare il mio lavoro. Sinceramente l'articolo mi ha sorpreso, considerato il costo onesto: lo schermo ha una risoluzione ottima, ha molti cavi con adattatori diversi, oltre il carica batteria. Oltretutto le dimensioni e il peso ridotti, mi consentono di portarlo tranquillamente in aereo, per le mie frequenti trasferte di lavoro. Aggiornamento del 3/10/24: Dopo neanche un mese di utilizzo, il PC non legge più il monitor. Ho provato con cavi diversi e con PC differenti, con lo stesso risultato. Purtroppo non si può fare il reso né riesco a far valere la garanzia. Incredibile che Amazon permetta queste condizioni ai venditori esterni. D'ORA IN POI VALUTERÒ CON PIÙ ATTENZIONE I MIEI ACQUISTI SU AMAZON, sta perdendo un po di serietà, a mio avviso, Da buttare!!!

I've had this for about 9 months and have only used this about 10x. I used to loooove using this monitor as it was very convenient. It stays on a bookcase in a safe place. I went to take it out to use and there's a huge crack in it and it's warped. Not sure how it could get warped on a bookcase but I believe it is from internal leaking of LED liquid. I've read over reviews have this issue too.

The monitor itself is fine but the connections and the cables are so extraordinarily bad and cheap that it is practically unusable. It takes hours and hundreds of tries to get a connection and if you finally have one, beware of tipping on your keyboard or breathing in the vicinity of the cables. You'll be stuck on "no signal" for hours. Not a usable product.
