Really easy to put together. Instructions are clear and all the parts line up easily. The arms move up and down as required as does the seat. It seems to be pretty comfortable for doing my art from as well as sitting back doing admin on the computer.

Easy to put together, plastic feels sturdy and is comfortable to sit in. Noticed a chunk missing, but hopefully it wont cause it to break. It is a lot darker than the images imply, i expected a light Gray almost white but its dark Gray almost blue-ish

Love it! Maybe colour is not exactly as expected, but otherwise brilliant. Dead easy to put together. Clear instructions with diagrams. All parts well packaged and labelled. I did it in less than 30 minutes. Really comfy and retractable arms mean I can push it under my desk when not in use. Good value and hope it lasts.

I ordered this chair last March (2025). I found the chair comfortable and supportive. I liked it and have used it throughout for the last 11 months until today, without warning, it suddenly broke with a loud bang, propelling me to the floor with the chair on top and to the left of me, and trapping me between it and the desk. The base broke into 3 pieces I am 76 and suffer from both rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and feet ( and other joints) and osteoarthritis in my neck, knees and Hips. I am also taking blood thinners and was worried about internal bleeding, particularly to my head, which luckily missed the desk edge, but hit the floor. I was trapped in a confined space between the desk drawers and the seat of the broken chair. I was unable to get up due to the confined space and pain in my neck, knee, and wrist. Luckily, I was able to reach up to the desk and pull down my phone from its charging lead. Thus, I could call for help from family. Nevertheless, it was a frightening 20 minutes before my son arrived and a further painful 25 minutes before I could, with his help, get up from the floor due to my disability. I am stiff and sore and have a painful swelling on my knee as a result. I am also very shaken. In summary, I liked this chair and found it comfortable; delivery was fine. However, I thank my lucky stars that 1, I could reach my phone and 2, my son was able to come to my assistance as quickly as he did. UPDATE I spent all night in A&E later that day. I was in so much pain with my left leg and neck and suffered palpitations. I had x-ray's on knee and hip, CT scans of head and neck, and a DV scan looking for clots . I AM considering legal action having read other reviews showing that this was a known problem with this chair.

Firstly thanksto the manufacturers for the clear, easy to assemble instructions. Sorting the ironmongery into a clearly marked blister pack and supplying Allen keys made this a joy to build. I am 81 with arthritic hands, so thanks for this. The chair is perfect, easily adjustable height and arms making it extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

Nothing flash but so far surprisingly robust chair - it only gets sat in and not particularly hard use but I have heard no complaints about comfort and it doesn’t yet show any west and tear issues common with this sort of product.

comfortable, compact size of its kind. Love the folding handle that I can tuck the chair under my table after use.
