The app is efficient to use, keeps you connected, and helpfully keeps up with what senders have already uploaded. The frame is sleek and fits into most home aesthetics. This digital frame is the first i've ever purchased. It is a good-looking black frame that can be used in landscape & portrait mode. I am in love with the idea of having candid memories/moments of family members displayed digitally. I would have liked for the shuffle feature to actually shuffle all the photos. I see the same 30 pics (out of 250) at least 2 times before it pops a new one in circulation. Not only that, but I logged in on my phone and laptop, & I still cannot see the history on both devices; meaning if I upload from my phone, the history only shows on the phone... and vice versa. Also, the history disappears after a day. At that point, if I want to delete photos, I have to go to the touchscreen on the frame itself. That may seem trivial, but if you have difficulty walking, the ability to delete from my devices would be marvelous. It is easy to set up and use, with a huge 32gb internal memory. For the price, it is a very good frame, but it has shown me what features to look for in the next digital frame. I would give it 4 & 1/2 stars but Amazon doesn't allow that option.

Works great. Something I've struggled with is updating photos when I'm on a certain network. It's a security thing at work to have my accept something. I can't figure out how to get a browser open. I take it home and upload then take it back. Easy.

I only needed this to load some pictures from a micro SD card for a gift, so I did not download the app or set anything up. It worked fine and was fairly easy to figure out how to use. The photos displayed very nice!

This was so perfect! I got it for my aunt for Mother’s Day and it was so easy to set up. Would definitely recommend. The size was good and the videos and pictures played beautifully. She LOVED IT ❤️
