Reduced Anxiety and Jitters
I'm a massive coffee addict and sometimes it's hard to stop. This means that I also end up with shaky hands and annoying coffee crashes every now and then. While this is probably not the main use case, I've noticed MatchaMax has gotten rid of these issues for me and also helped me reduce my coffee cravings. My energy levels are more stable throughout the day and I literally get no side effects - no jitters, no anxiety. I generally start my day off with two matcha capsules and a cup of coffee and then repeat the same after lunch. This keeps me high-powered until 8 PMish and lets me sleep like an angel.

Good product
Matcha is very good for you, as it natural and gives your metabolism a boost, as well as helps you to focus and helps with fat burning, which is excellent. It helps you feel more energized, which is always nice. The L-Theanine helps you feel more relaxed and gives you a sense of calm, so it balances it out. Matcha has antioxidant properties, so I would recommend this product.

Convenient!
These are great. So much easier to take a dose this way. I'd rather not be bothered to mix a drink when it comes to matcha, so I was glad to find these.

Excellent Energy Boost!
This stuff gives me a little bit of an energy boost when I need it. It doesn't seem to be as strong as caffeine but it has some other health benefits that are worth noting as well. I'd highly recommend it! Well done!

These work!
I have tried many green tea supplements! This one works for me. It helps to curb my appetite as far as snacking goes and I have extra energy for my day. The bottle calls for two but I only take one in the AM.
