I work nights and use these to look less exhausted on my days off when I’m awake during normal daytime hours. I’ve tried eye patches from several brands, and I really think the temperature you store them at makes the biggest difference. That said, these are both affordable and effective. I keep them in the refrigerator, and they still stick perfectly when I take them out to use. They leave my skin looking hydrated and more refreshed every time.
