Great product not loaded with a lot of salt

Hard to go wrong with Freddy! Bought this new bag since I just finished my previous 2kg bag after 2 years. The biltong tastes as great now as the first batch did. I usually add a little corriander (25% of the spice mix by weight) to get the flavor i personally prefer, but even without that this is a fantasic mix. Following the directions on the bag and using Costco beef, I have had zero problems with any of my batches.
