Issue with first delivery, seller let down by courier. Extra 5 days in transit led to damage. Seller customer service excellent and rapid. Beautiful replacement arrived next day after second contact (was asked to see how plant was after a couple of days which is fair enough), so 3 days after first plant. Feel sorry for the seller as they clearly have high quality plants. The replacement is lovely. Really healthy. Great shape. Lots of leaves all in good condition. Size as described. I would say to the maximum of the size range selected, which was a pleasant surprise. Well packaged. Looks great on my home office window cill. Very relaxing to look at with my recent pineapple plant acquisitions. Now to see if I can get it to fruit!🤞 Will buy from this seller again.

Thought I'd kill two birds with one stone, 'cos what I write about Baby Banana Beauty applies to Big Banana Beast...apart from size, that is. And they're both from Gardeners Dream. She's a little beauty😍 and he's a big beast👹!. Both perfectly formed and beautifully marked, as they say. 20 cms and 116 cms tall, perfectly healthy with absolutely no damage or brown spots etc. Typical of the quality that Gardeners Dream deliver. They both arrived safely packaged and, as I said, totally damage free. Moist compost with some moisture on the leaves, too. Perfick☝️👍!. Not only that, but there's an offshoot already growing healthily on Baby Banana. 2 for 1 can't be bad☝️. A few roots emerging from the drainage holes, but that's fine. Always a sign of healthy happy plants. Another bonus of dealing with Gardeners Dream is that she was due for delivery in two days time, and he is due today...hang on... He's literally just arrived! Anyhoo I messaged them and asked if they could both be delivered today. Bingo! Both here. Particularly impressive as Baby Banana was sent via Royal Mail, and Big Banana by DX👍! Sturdy, healthy plants, a seller that listens to their customers and excellent value for money. Wot's not to like🤔🤷?!

Plant arrived well packaged and on time. Healthy plant with just a few damaged smaller leaves, most probably caused during transit.

Arrived in a great box, unfortunately some leafs had rips in them. Doesn’t look like it was from the packaging. So maybe some better quality control. Looks health which is important, so im sure it bounce back. First planted ordered from Amazon. Sure it won’t be the last.

Although the Banana plants look healthy they are leaning too much to one side. Possibly as they were growing in the pot facing the grow lights. For this reason I got a partial refund which was dealt with very quickly. Yet to be seen how the plants turn out longer term. So the 4 star goes for the appearance of the plants. Were very well packaged. I won't hesitate to buy again from this seller and highly recommend them.
