Not wide enough
I thought it would be wider.we were using it to transport my husband but not wide enough.

No straps
The board looks to be fine, but the box was clearly damaged/returned, with several large holes. The reason I selected this brand (and paid a little more) was because the straps were advertised as included…however it arrived without the Velcro straps.
