I see in another response these are made in China? Are they made in China and if so how can they then be cruelty free?

So, your company does not sell in China? I have a hard time believing that statement. China has probably the worse animal welfare record in the world, which is why I will not buy this product, because unless you are there to check it unannounced, the Chinese government does not mind mixing production requirements. I know this very well because I was part of the sustainability team/animal welfare for my US company, and the Chinese government violated the rules whenever it was convenient for their production.

Which side do you apply?

Front and back don’t matter. But the smaller side goes under your eyes, and the thicker part goes up to the sides of the eyes
