I have type 4 hair, so I worry about constantly putting heat on it to get the curls I want. However, this allows my hair to curl up like I got it professionally done, and the curl lasts for hours. It’s not uncomfortable to sleep with, and I always put some in before my shower so my hair is less likely to revert. It saves me a ton of time in the morning, and now I don’t feel hesitant to go places because know I can have fresh curls on stand by.

These work well for heatless curls or an overnight blowout look! They can be a little tricky to get them to stay in your hair, and the ends aren't the most stable. Overall, they work well.

I get some amazing curls with these. They don't tear my hair but they are a bit hard sleep in if you roll it close to your skin and face and have to wear a bonnet to bed.

A bit smaller than it expected however, they do give curl pattern that I was looking for.
