Outlet OD oversized.
The outlet was to be 3/8-27. In reality it measured 0.400-27. This caused an issue but we worked through it. Other than that all was good.

Check your threads and tubing size
They work as design but check your threads on whatever you’re putting on they don’t always match up with your old ones it might be different on your gas regulator or thermostats
