The trays were easy to mold and shape to my bite, and they held their form nicely once cooled. They feel comfortable in my mouth without pinching or shifting, which made the whitening process much more pleasant than some one-size-fits-all trays I’ve tried before. I like that this set comes with four trays plus two retainer cases so I always have clean backups ready to go. The trays fit the whitening gel perfectly and create a good seal so the gel stays in place without leaking everywhere. After using them consistently for a couple of weeks, I definitely noticed my teeth looking brighter and more even in tone. Nothing painful or irritating happened, and my gums felt fine throughout the process. Overall, these trays are great quality for the price and work really well with Opalescence gel. Honestly, I really liked these moldable whitening trays. I think they're a super practical option if you want to whiten your teeth at home without spending as much as going to the dentist. They come with four trays and two cases, which I think is great because you can store them neatly and have spares if needed. I liked that they can be molded to your mouth, because they fit better and the gel doesn't leak as much. I used them with a compatible gel like Opalescent, and I feel like it does help the product work well. Obviously, the results depend a lot on the gel you use and how consistently you use it.

I accidentally bought this product thinking it could be worn as a night guard -- its cost was attractive compared to other products but I ended up paying for that mistake! After wearing these as a night-time mouth guard for several months, my teeth have moved and I now have a noticeable GAP between my top two teeth! It happened slowly so I didn't notice it happening until it was too late! (I ultimately figured it out because I noticed skin from my top lip was coming in through my teeth when I was eating peanut butter and my mouth sucked in). I'm so frustrated because I spent years wearing braces as a teen and my family spent so much money on orthodontics, and now I have this stupid gap all because I tried to save 5 bucks on night guards. Ugh. Don't be like me, buy a better product and don't wear these overnight!

Difficult to mold correctly. You will likely fail on your first attempt. That's why there are two sets. They also include documentation suggesting as much and provide a card offering a free replacement when you do. The card has an eMail but my attempts to get a reply have been unsuccessful. Then I tried to get assistance here through Amazon, but that leads to a dead link. ps: Subsequently they reach out to offer a refund so I added two stars

I followed all of the instructions and how to make the forms conform to my own teeth. It did not work out but I was able to use them the way they were. I bought some whitening gel and it is working well on my teeth. It's so hard these days to find anything that works that I was very pleased. I'm always happy using Amazon for quick delivery. This ridiculous ordering from Walmart or another source and it comes from China and takes three weeks is absurd and it will definitely hurt their business.

This product did not meet the mark. The "suggested" heat and dip times did not produce the claimed results. I work in a dental office and tried this product as a test to the alternative to being fitted for teeth whitening trays, which are expensive. This product is a joke. I gave it 2 stars only because they shipped enough trays for me to try more than once to form an appropriate mouth tray. If you are hoping for a cheaper alernative for a mouth tray, this is not for you.

The instruction say keep in warm water for 3 to 5 seconds but they need to be laced in longer - they moulded to my mouth/ teeth perfectly
