Nordic Ware Square Griddle

This griddle is the perfect size. I am using it for myself to meal prep pancakes (and maybe some breakfast sandwiches in the future). It fits nicely over one burner. I do like that it heats up pretty quickly. There is no long wait time. The cleanup is very easy. I simply wipe the grease off with a paper towel and then use a wet dish towel to clean it. The instructions say not to put it in the dishwasher. It feels very durable. As with all of the Nordic Ware items. Solid price for this griddle because I was not looking for something too expensive. I have only used it twice so far and no issues. I will update if any issues come up. I also added a picture with the egg molds I purchased as well. It fits two of them nicely, which is what I wanted. This is a solid purchase, if you are looking for a small griddle.

Best purchase of this year for me. I originally bought it to make pancakes, so I can make multiple at a time (it really only fits two pancakes for me) but I’ve been using it for so many other things. It’s great, it’s nonstick and the surface is so smooth. I put it on top of my electric stove top and it fits the large burner perfectly.

We like to go glamping so we bring our own cookware to use on top of the grills. This was used for EVERYTHING! We made pancakes on it, cooked our veggies and steak on it! It is a nice weight so it feels and looks more expensive. It is non stick so we didn't really need to add a lot of oil or butter. It fit perfectly in the small grill that was there and it cooked our food to perfection. Such a great find!

Heats up evenly. Love this non stick pan. Perfect for making French toast or grilled cheese.

The real question is longevity: how long will this last before the non-stick coating begins to fail? I previously owned a higher-end pan that I used as a griddle with taller sides that lasted several years before the non-stick finish started wearing off in certain areas. When it was time to replace it, I first tried another model, but it wasn't true to the advertised size, so I returned it and purchased this one instead. This griddle is true to size, functions very well, and meets my needs. I've used it mainly for bacon and eggs. Bacon is the real test, and this griddle handles it well. I can fit six, and sometimes seven, strips of bacon at a time and get good results. Eggs, of course, are easy. My only complaint is that it's somewhat lightweight. It tends to rotate or spin a bit while I'm cooking. It's a minor annoyance, but enough for me to deduct one star. Overall, I'm very satisfied with its performance so far. The only remaining question is how well the non-stick coating will hold up over time.

It’s nice until you use it. The customer service was great. Send a new one but unfortunately while using it the first time it warped as well. I babied it. Hand wash, heated slowly and still warped. While using it turns around and around. Gave up on it.

Lightweight and easy to clean. I really use the heck out of it.

Great buy, nice quality and it's used regularly. Sits nicely on burner, nice size, washes up quickly, non stick has been wonderful. Don't really find an issue with not having a handle, if I need to turn it - a utensil does the job well. I'm happy with this skillet.

La plancha no funciona correctamente, desde el principio todo se le pegó, además se manchó desde el primer uso, cero recomendable

Se deforma con el primer uso. Lo utilice a fuego medio-bajo, lo lavé hasta que estuvo frío y se deformó con el primer uso, por lo que no hace contacto con toda la superficie y no se calienta igual en todos sus puntos. Tal vez para una estufa convencional de gas funcione y no se mueva, pero en vitro cerámica da vueltas y se desliza todo el tiempo. Le doy 3 estrellas porque me había gustado mucho el tamaño (perfecto para 4 hotcakes medianos) y que sea antiadherente. Tal vez si fuera un poco más grueso no se deformaría tanto. En estufa de gas pienso que debe funcionar bien. Pero vitroceramica o inducción mejor evitar la compra.
