K9 Sport Sack | Dog Carrier Adjustable Backpack

Has allowed us to take the dog everywheee, despite his arthritis. The sport sack is convenient and easy to use. It has been a fantastic purchase and changed everything

My little three legged affenpinscher weighs 4kg and other bags just aren’t supportive enough, he just sinks into their depths. This bag allows him to watch where we are going and to relax against the bag (where the zip is). It’s easy to get him in and out and he is so comfortable he falls asleep. The bag has good straps and do we don’t feel his weight when carrying. I’m glad we spent the extra and got this sack.

I bought one of the packs. I paid the import tax twice on it because I paid the import tax when I bought it on Amazon, and then UPS wouldn't let me have the package until I paid the tax, even though I told them I had paid it. Then when I got the pack home it was too small for my dog even though I went one size bigger to be sure he could fit in it. Really disappointing.

Pack does not sit well on back with dog in it. In order to keep it high up the back the shoulder straps must be excruciatingly tight. As an ex serviceman I have used many kinds of pack, including the WWII 45 pack.

Absolutely horrible to use especially if your by yourself! Caused distress to my dog who has been in pet carrier type products before! There not very comfortable & rather difficult to use I wouldn't buy another one. I had to return 2 due to size related issues. Good idea but not worth the money

While the K9 Sport Sack is a novel approach to carrying a dog, it is not suited to all breeds, especially those that have narrow airways like our pug (i would suggest that others like the Frenchie etc probably fall into the same boat. There is no support in the bag at all. The dog sits on the floppy bottom of the bag. Because there is nothing for them to push against, their legs get pushed up. Compressing into their body. The top of the bag closes around their neck. The bags are not well ventilated, despite the claims on the product description. We actually thought our pug was going to suffer harm. There was also no support for the wearer and you got to feel every part of the dog. Because there was no support, the backpack also sat low on the back. On returning the bag, we suffered insult added to injury. Not only did we have to pay duties because K9 Sport Sack is a third person seller, we also had to pay return postage. I definitely do not recommend this product for Pugs. As you can see from the photo, for just a few dollars more, we bought a proper child carrier backpack. This style has a frame and is much more comfortable for both the wearer and the pooch. There is support for their bottom and they are held in position by the same straps that hold a child in place. She loves it!

It’s good quality and meets our needs!

Took a little trial and error getting the little lady in the pack but once we got a system down it was great. I would recommend laying the pack flat and then first putting the front legs in and then the top buckle. after then attack the neck carabiner to the collar. then zip and and ready to go. My dog is 17 inches from neck to tail so i went with the small. ended up being the top of the size but it was perfect since she could sit and didn't have to stand or need the extra pad to raise the bottom. The name plate is also a must.

Really glad I purchased this item. The backpack is well made and holds my dog securely. I also wasn't sure about how well he would get used to it, but luckily he seems to be enjoying it! Would definitely recommend this purchase.
