1805 Shave Cream Tube - 2.6oz

Truefitt & Hill is a venerable British shave cream from a country that knows how to make great shave creams. In order to render an accurate opinion, I need to compare it to another British cream, as, for example, the Trumper line of creams. With T & H, a little goes a long way, balancing out in part its greater expense. While Trumper costs less, it requires more cream to whip up a nice lather. The T & H scent is very mild as is the Trumper and disappears almost immediately after shaving. T & H is silky smooth in its application. Trumper is thicker, more like an American cream. There are very few creams that rival T & H in its rich, luxurious feel on your face. Perhaps the one that most comes to mind is not British but Portuguese, Musgo Real. While some may like the thicker cream of Trumper, it is impossible to beat Truefitt and Hill as the monarch of British creams.

I’m a very picky person regarding shaving. I don’t consider myself connoisseur but I do like to get some good quality shaving creams and accessories. This shaving cream is an absolute must!!! Not overwhelming! If you like to take your time with your shaving, that’s a no brainer of a product.

This is definitely a step above my favorite shaving cream - proraso. It smells great, lather is thick and rich and performance is impressive.

...I really wish there was more of it. I have sensitive skin but never had a problem with this, the scent is very sophisticated and pleasant, and it travels fine. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's expensive, though I felt like I didn't get enough for the money. But otherwise, awesome.

It's hard to beat the Truefitt & Hill shave cream. It makes a wonderful lather and causes your blade to glide very well. The only issue is that it is expensive and I find myself trying to save my T&H for special occasions. I'm not really complaining, everything quality comes with a price. One tube will last a very long time, it only takes a very small amount to make plenty of lather.

Smells great not a heavy or strong fragrance. Lasts for a long time if you apply it properly and sparingly. A little goes a long way so the price is reasonable. Gives a nice clean shave leaving your skin soft and smooth with a nice masculine scent.

I was shocked by how Intensive and strong the fragrance of Truefitt & Hill 1805 is. At first you are met with a sandalwood, cedarwood and musk scent but gradually pick up notes of citrus and cardamon. This cream lathers up beautifully. It is slick, rich and very moisturizing. You get a great shave as the blade just glides, no nicks, no drag or burn. I found that the fragrance of this 1805 shaving cream, Does Not dissolve as much as others but lasted for several hours.

Si capisce subito che è un prodotto di qualità superiore; con poca quantità nella ciotola e pennello umido si monta a meraviglia; ottimo effetto sulla pelle, lascia una sensazione di morbidezza ed il rasoio scorre bene; profumazione molto lieve, oserei dire quasi neutra, ma va bene così. Da provare.

estoy usando esta crema y la sandalwood.. como que es mas pesada.. para barba mas tupida.. no se dispersa con facilidad.. pero es de buena calidad.. yo me quedo con la sandalwood, y a mitad de precio

Besoin de changement. J'en ai profité pour tester cette crème à raser. Avec peu de matière on arrive à élever une belle mousse, qui fournit une très désagréable sensation de protection. De plus, l'auteur de cette crème est très agréable, me laissant envisager l'achat du baume après-rasage et de l'eau de toilette. Je vais pour cela tester les autres fragrances de la marque.
