Light went out on 2nd day,the next one did not work either. Said water should clear by 14 days and now the third one and lights flash and water has not cleared. I bought this one thinking it would be better and no leakage as it is stainless and better than the Jebao55. The koi pond is not big and the 55 worked but plastic would crack. Have not found any instructions for trouble shooting problem. What’s wrong please??

Schnelle Lieferung! UVC-Klärer wurde bereits 1 Tag nach Bestellung geliefert. Leider fehlte eine Überwurfmutter. Diese wurde aber nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Verkäufer sofort nachgeliefert. Super Service! Das Gerät funktioniert und ließ sich problemlos montieren.

I have one of these UV Filters installed on my 450-gallon saltwater aquarium. Sometime in the last few months it went out and started leaking. I discovered this AFTER most of my fish got sick and died. I order an emergency replacement from the seller. However, after it was delivered, I found it didn't work. It could have been the light, or it could have been the ballast. I installed it (since it didn't leak) and replaced the ballast with my old one. Thank goodness that worked. I emailed the supplier and explained the issue, in turn, they promptly shipped me a replacement ballast via FedEx. While, initially I had problems - the supplier promptly addressed them!

Do not buy. This UV filter only worked for about 30 days. I had the same brand previously and had no problem for over 4 yrs. They are just making junk now

This is a great durable item. Second time I’m buying it.
