I bought my Bose headphones several years ago & relied on the noise cancellation heavily throughout hours of intense library/cafe studying during college. Over time the earpads started disintegrating & got to the point where the headphones were basically unusable. Thankfully, I found these replacement earpads. I bought the brown color just to give the headphones a nice change & I think they look wonderful. Removing the old worn out pads was easy enough & installing the new ones was a piece of cake. I really thought it was going to be a more involved process, but a quick Youtube video set me on the right path. These pads have lasted longer than the original ones from Bose! The fit is the same as the originals & they are very comfortable. I will purchase them again if I need to in the future.

My initial impression of the replacement foam rings is pretty good. They seem to have good cushioning, and at this point I don't know how the covering material is going to hold up, but time will tell. I don't use these headphones especially often any more, now that I'm not traveling for work, but my original foam rings were in such poor shape I felt like they needed to be replaced, and so far these seem to be a good choice. I had this question but didn't see anything specifically addressing this, but I replaced the foam rings WITHOUT replacing the inner fabric covers. My fabric covers were in good shape and I didn't see a reason they needed to be replaced, but wasn't sure if that was going to be a requirement. It's not. Second, when installing the foam rings, I found it helped GREATLY to carefully use a small flat-blade screwdriver to press the plastic lip of the replacement rings into the latch hooks in the headphone body. I tried about three times to install the first one using only my fingers, and I couldn't get enough pressure to secure the plastic mounting ring under the clips. So I used a small screwdriver to press the plastic ring down until I heard it latch, being very careful to not damage the foam cover. I didn't count prior to the install, but I believer there are about 8 clip points, and those are where I needed to use the screwdriver. Once I used that tool, it looks like the replacements are solidly clipped into the headset, and I'm not at all confident I could have completed the installation without using the screwdriver.

I'm seriously impressed. The internal mufflers come backed with legitimate 3M tape, and the collar or whatever you call it on the pads that seats beneath the tabs on the headphones is very flexible and thusly more easy to install than the rigid actual Bose ones -- some reviews have noted difficulty installing these, but if you hook the collar under the top tab and work the rest in going around in a circle, it's reasonably easy. Fit, comfort and sound isolation on these is better than the stock pads, in my estimation. The "coffee" color doesn't quite match the brown accent on my QC15's headband, but it's damned close and for $13 bucks I'm not about to ask for a refund.

These replacements are perfect and reasonably priced. I’ll start off by saying, not only do I wear my Bose headsets when traveling, I sleep with my Bose headsets on. So comfort and the effectness of the fit is important to me. Over the years, I’ve accumulated 3-4 sets of Bose QC(#) models. Sleeping with the headset on will cause the cushions to flatten and wear sooner. Given the quality, look and reasonable price, I’ve fitted all of my Bose headsets with these replacements and I’m very happy with this product. I would recommend the replacements over Bose provide replacements which cost 3x.

These are great-looking replacement ear pads for my Bose Quiet Comfort 15. First of all, installation was very simple. However, if in doubt, there are plenty of YouTube videos that will guide every step. The other big item for me are the looks. My headset is over six years old now and with the new pads they look as look as good as new. I also love the color selection which gives it an updated and modern look. It’s a great choice for the price. Lastly, these are actual leather pads which unlike the originals, they should last much longer.

Very satisfied with this product. A third the price of Bose brand replacement parts. It’s been two to three years since I bought these excellent headphones, so I cannot directly compare these parts to the originals (which were falling apart by this time—1st pic). The comfort and possible seal is marginally off. The little screens that go inside are not quite the right size (smallish). However, I feel like I got my headphones back! (2nd pic) Also, excellent instructions: detailed and easy to understand. Follow to the letter and it should be hassle-free.

Very good product. 4/5 stars in comfort as these are just a little thin than orignal Bose cushions. Works nicely
